I am a first time car buyey and Ron Harrison (my sales rep) was a great person to talk through all of my opinions and he wasn't pushy, and let me make my own decision. My experience with Best Ford was without question the worst experience, with any vendor, for any product, that I have ever had in my life. Their service department turned a damaged AC into a completely destroyed Transmission.
They rehearsed lies so as to mitigate their financial responsibility in the matter and covered up the fact that Ford has a pending class action lawsuit alleging that the transmissions in the Fusion and Focus are faulty. At one point they accused me of crafting a false narrative because I couldn't pay for the car. This fell apart when they saw I never missed a payment, put down over 1/3 in cash upon purchase and had a credit score of 725.
Carol Gates, their Service Dept. Director was horrific to work with and Mike Frassica was equally smarmy. Had I not fought with them for over 3 days I would have been on the hook for over 7k.
Eventually they relented and offered to buy my car at 4k higher than its blue book when I pointed out that no rational jury would believe the story that they had concocted. They then placed all the blame at Ford corporates feet once the curtain had lifted and maintained that it was the transmission and not their service department that caused the car to be totaled.
In sum, an unscrupulous dealership that ultimately cost me thousands of dollars.

Unprofessional and not helpful. They quickly blame matters on the client. The fact they exist as a dealer is disgusting. Their techs ruined a drain plug by running an impact the wrong way and blamed it on a prior service and that I would need a whole oil pan. This was not the case, it did need a new plug, certainly not a $1300 drain plug. They wouldn't assist with any of it, they then decided to spam my email with promotions stating I bought the truck from them. Which I did not. I had brought a different truck from them that they quickly ran from when at 23,000 miles the front end let go and had to get towed to a dealer.

The service work my car had at Trites today was a wonderful experience! Starting with the cup of coffee in the comfortable waiting area, the shuttle service, the work needed was fully explained,and all the work was completed with my total confidence the car was having the best of care! Scott and Marv made the whole service appointment an excellent one! The service provided was well worth the cost I paid.

Gurney's is by far the best automotive repair shop in Nashua and the surrounding areas and I have tried a few. Their knowledge, honesty, quality and all around offerings are wonderful and set the bar high for a great experience. I would certainly recommend this repair place to service your vehicle because they don't try and sell you things you don't need. They are not the cheapest, or the most expensive, but what make up for it in their overall service.
