I am not one to rate a company. I give them the benefit of the doubt. NOT HERE. I took my truck in to Brad Francis service department. But was treated smuggle and it just didn't matter if I was there or not. I would of rather had a root canal... Really. I'm Talking about the service department. I brought my truck in about a recall. He was unprofessional and it seemed like he didn't understand the process. I wish I could remember his name. I wanted to get the truck serviced also. Change the oil in the motor and transmission and do the 100.000 service.. I was ready to spend about $1,000 to get everything up to speed and it was due. But after this gentlemans attitude. I wouldn't ever go back. Maybe it was because I was a girl that he tried to over talk me. Talk to me in circles and then try to sell me something that I didn't even need. The estimate was ridiculous and HE was just a jerk. I knew what i wanted him to do with the truck, but he just felt shady and like i was wasting his time. In short. I wouldn't go back due to the attitude this guy had and the coldness that he showed.
If you do go there, beware and you might want a second option, if you can get through the rudeness and snarkness.

She took our information and went to work and got us the deal we wanted all in the same day.We did everything via phone and our truck was ready and waiting for us that afternoon. Signed off on the paperwork and we were good to go. Linda did an exceptional job and made it as easy as possible for us. Thank you Bravo and Linda Smith! We love our truck!

I took my 2009 Silverado, for a oil change, replace a censor on left front tire, a window that does not work. I took it in on a Thursday and they said we will call you with updates, but not once did they call. I called on Monday and the service advisor Sarai, could not tell me an update on the services that had or had not been done. She said, she would return my call and never did. They claim that the tire censors were resent, but they weren't. Half of the service was never done on my vehicle. I had to go elsewhere to get a new censor put on my left tire. Oil and transmission lines, window did not get fixed. Poor customer service, lack of communication. Overall I WILL NEVER nor RECOMMEND to take your vehicle for service there. My safety was obviously not their priority. Also the department manager, is not interested in discussing your complaints and will have someone else call you. Horrible, horrible, service!!!!!!

If you want a dealership who will support you over the life of your vehicle - do NOT go here. This dealership has been in decline for years. It is sad to see. I strongly advise you NOT to take your business to them. Their service is atrocious. They cannot turn vehicles quickly, mislead you on their service timelines, will not return calls, are not proactive, are unresponsive, have massive employee turnover (not surprising) and are impossible to work with. Myself and others have repeatedly been lied to, ignored and denied timely repairs. Do NOT go here.

I went in to their service center to get a quote on installing a part on my Chevy truck. 84 bucks. Went to the Chevy dealership (Webb) in Farmington, was quoted 47 dollars for the very same job. I don't know if it's just because they are in Aztec, but the price difference is downright insulting. I wouldn't get a tire changed at this place. Now I only use the dealer in Farmington. Its worth the drive!

The worst service experience ever! I thought may sales experience was horrible. While I was having my vehicle service I went upstairs and had a horrific sales experience. When I returned to pickup my vehicle, not only did I find out that my $19.95 lube oil and filter was now a $101.95 nightmare of repairs that I had no idea about, but I also found out that there is not a certified GM technician on the premises. Also I found out later that this idiot submitted warranty claims on my vehicle that were not performed like front brakes etc. After a call from GM I clarified for them that this was absolutely the worst experiecne of my life, ever! Extremely Dissatisfied and I will never return for any reason!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hit of course they were sold already. Even so I told them what I was looking for and continued to Get the same type stupid question emails fromNathan like he never even spoke with me. I’m from Conneticut I’ve been down the east coast and across the lower states to New Mexico.I have had a number of oil changes and tire rotation on my 2019 GMC pickup that I bought new.
Every service was done at a GMC dealership and never cost more than $ 82.00.
At this dealership it was $ 120.00 and change. This is totally ridiculous, I will never return for service or think about buying a vehicle at this establishment. Shame on them.

Jennifer and Garrett were spectacular!! I was incredibly impressed. They got me in right away they showed me the issue and they fixed it immediately. While I was waiting I spoke with a very knowledgeable and very handsome salesman. Let me tell you he knew his stuff he answered every question I had without pressure. Very poor service! Moved here from out of state and always take my vehicle to the dealership for repairs and service. I needed a repair and some basic services and thinking I would be able to trust the dealership, WRONG! They kept my vehicle way to long for the things I needed done. One day turned into several. I am very familiar on how vehicles work and when was given an estimate it seemed higher than that repair would normally take. When I questioned why not only did they not have a good explanation but the service person was rude and seemed very bothered that I was questioning him. I have since found a reliable, honest, and friendly shop to take care of my vehicle. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. This is a used car lot and nothing more, the professionalism you would expect at many dealerships is seriously lacking here that's for sure!
