Two times we bought vehicles from this place. First one... - C B
Two times we bought vehicles from this place. First one was a truck. What a bad experience with that. Several years later we bought a van. Several days after we bought the van we noticed the sliding door would not shut correctly. I called them told them what was going on. They never called me back. Years later I went to trade in this van to another dealership and we found out the van had been in a major accident before we owned it. The air bags had been deployed and it seemed like the odometer had been messed with because the milage did not match up. Mazda of Santa Fe sold me a van that should have never been sold. I was Recently cleaning out my file drawer and found my paperwork though them and found the car fax. When I looked at the vin numbers they did not match. It makes sense to me now because when I called around for car insurance they told me I kept giving them the wrong Vin number. After several attempts they told me to go to motor vehicle. It was too much work so I went though a different insurance company. Only if I would have listened. I gave them a rating of one star but truly it's a zero
This was by far the worst dealership experience we ever... - brianv94
This was by far the worst dealership experience we ever had.
Back in 2017 my wife and I leased a 2017 Volvo XC 60 T6 AWD Inscription... not a cheap vehicle by far.
Since this was our first time leasing a vehicle we decided to buy a warranty coverage that the dealer offered at signing. We were told this warranty would cover out of pocket expenses for wear and tear items at the time of lease return. Was also told that this warranty would cover mid lease issues such as a nail in a tire or crack in a windshield with a total pay out of $5000 for the term of the lease.
Of course, when we got a rock chip and contacted the dealer we were told our “warranty” never even existed... so the almost $1000 we paid for the plan was just a scam since the dealer never even filed the paperwork to activate the warranty. After months of dealing with the dealer to get the warranty activated they finally tell us they were able to register it but that it doesn’t cover out of term wear and tear like we were lied to during signing. To “make it right”, they got us in contact with a manager who offered to at least get a replacement windshield for us at dealer cost, around $700. I went ahead and told him that was fine and we would like to schedule the appointment. He told us he would get back to me that day with the available time frame. Days went by and I never heard back. Called back multiple time and left many voicemails and never heard back. I even visited the dealer in person and spoke with the General Manager at the time and he I formed me that the person I spoke with was no longer with the company and that they wouldn’t offer what they promised because he was no longer working there.
After months of frustration we decided to finally cut our losses and paid a 3rd party to replace the windshield.
Fast forward to lease turn in July 2020 and we get a bill for wear an tear on 1 tire(~$400). I call Volvo financial to let them know about the lease end warranty and they submit the claim. I’ve called back every couple weeks since July and the warranty company won’t even respond. I have called multiple times myself and sent emails as directed and still no results. Volvo financial has also sent multiple requests to collect payment with no results.
Don’t do business with this dealership, they are dishonest and only out to make their profits. They don’t care about the “customers experience” at all. After owning 3 volvos and loving every single one of them it is very disheartening to see such an untruthful business practice on a great name like Volvo.
I am satisfied with the Truck i bought BUT i am very... - Ramon Quintana
I am satisfied with the Truck i bought BUT i am very dissatisfied with the Dealership., When my wife and i decided to purchase the truck i was advised by Rick that all issues that i saw in the truck they would take care of before i left the lot. We decided to purchase the vehicle and before we left the dealership i checked all of the issues i had pointed to him and the only answer i received from him was we couldn't repair that. When someone advices me that they will take care of it. I expect them to resolve the issue. I have been waiting more than a month for the touch up paint for the truck. I will not purchase a vehicle or recommended this dealership to any one.
