After purchasing a 2004 Vue, I agreed to purchase fabric protection. As this vehicle is used for work, we scheduled to have it done on Saturday, as I have alot of work materials that I will need to take out prior to the treatment. When I arrived on Saturday, I was told that there was no way they could do this on a weekend, and anyways, they were all out of the protectorant. I immediately requested a refund because it was too difficult to continually empty out my vehicle to have this done. After much hemming and hawing, Rob FINALLY agreed to have my refund check in a few days. After TWO WEEKS of excuses and lies, I finally got my refund. I will never purchase another vehicle from them strictly because of their financing dept, although I do like their service department.

At all costs avoid this dealership. The used Chevy car purchased had a bad window seal and windshield, the carpet was soaked to the backing (mold). The sales person (Alice) stated it would be sent to Chevy for repair under warrenty.
But provided no documentation, in fact when I picked up the car the windshield still had the E-Z pass stickers on it, and carpets where still wet. The sales person rude, and nasty. When I picked up the car from them, I was asked "what are you gonna complain about now". When the General manager was approached, he offered no relief. when telephoned he would not return calls. When I asked for the owners contact information,he took the call right away, and I was told I can return the car.
When I returned the car, I was treated cold. No apology was given. Not even a handshake.
I could go on and on.. but I am sure you get the jest.

Would you recommend this dealership? Yes, yes, a thousand times, yes! I have never felt pressured to have work done, they take the time to fully explain EVERYTHING to me so that I can make an informed decision. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from these guys...they're wonderful and I can't say enough good things about them. Kudos!

What kind of dealership is this? The kind that had my salesperson, Kyle Brown, stay an hour past closing so I could pick up my new license plates from him. I hadn't realized what time it closed and felt embarrassed to see the place empty when I pulled up. Kyle was his usual friendly self and just asked how the SUV was running. 'Great,' was my answer. That also describes my experience with this dealership.
Saturn of West Nyack (now also selling Kias - I bought a Borrego) has a very friendly staff and low pressure sales people. Kyle gave me a decent price closer to dealer cost than dealer invoice, and I was satisfied with it.
I haven't used the service department yet - the SUV doesn't need service until 7500 miles) but I might just make a day of it; the dealership is a quarter-mile from one of New York state's largest malls, Palisades Mall, IMax movies, etc.
I highly recommend the dealership and the SUV I purchased
