So I drive over an hour from Massachusetts to have my Volvo serviced at Capital Volvo of Albany in New York... While waiting for my service, I decided to check on a part number I needed for an older Volvo... I was speaking with Tom in parts and found the number that I had researched was correct for my chassis number... I said thank you and he said would you like to purchase the part ... I said thank you but I believe I can get it less expensive through an auto parts store on the internet ... at this point Kevin, who I assume is the manager, asked how much the price was on the internet ... When I told him he said he would be happy to match the price and I said that sounds like a done deal ... It's this kind of consideration and salesmanship that brings me back over and over to your dealership ... interesting to note: I live 20 minutes from our local Volvo dealer ... Horrible service! Completely unhelpful. Won't answer phones, return calls or communicate. Each time I took my LR4 in for service they made mistakes and then refused to fix them. I am done using them. Totally incompetent! Don't go!

Unfortunately this is my second time using their services. They are wonderful. They try and make a terrible situation into a better one as much as they can. They are helpful from the law aspect, to rental to loaner and of course their expertise - the car. Yes sometimes they are difficult to reach but it is worth the trade off in the end. I highly recommend them for their expertise as well as their personalities. A+ to Yossi and Zach and your staff.

I was running errands Sunday afternoon, and my car died in the CVS parking lot. Called my dealer but they were closed, so I walked down to the Arlington garage hoping they could help. Adam dropped everything , drove me back to my car, and jump-started it. Then I brought it to the garage where they tested and replaced the battery. I was back running errands in less than an hour total!

My vehicle showed a warning of "A/C off due to temperature of engine"
I brought it in to be checked out (Under Warranty). The technician after teleconferences with GM
was unable to correct the problem.
I was asked to leave the vehicle over night, but GM was still not able to come up with a solution to the problem.
After a few days, Rick called me and told me to bring in the vehicle, at which time the computer was replaced.
I thought the staff at Grand Prize tried very hard to solve the problem and worked very well with me.
I therefore think a "Good" rating is proper under the circumstances described.

I will write my review shortly. Very unethical business practices and only cares about the money not the customer. We have dealt with them years. The Daughter has no clue about customer service

Michelle is simply the best at what she does. Very friendly. Very accommodating. The rental car I was given was a pleasured to drive. The service was second to none!
