This guy tried to tell me that our van was overheating because of an AIR POCKET and that he needed to bleed the entire cooling system at a cost of $350.00. I told him I was taking the van elsewhere, he attempted to charge me $108 for looking at the car. SHAME ON YOU, did you think I just fell off the turnip truck?? A major dealership resorting to these unethical tactics? DO NOT USE CONWAY MOTORS IN BALDWIN NY, THEY ARE LIARS AND THEY ARE SHAMELESS!!!

We've purchased 3 cars here. Sales people respected our preferences, toward smaller cars that are safe and dependable. But our kudos go to the service department. Jody and the desk people are super, including Roger the new guy. Over the years only one glitch on the actual work done: an incredibly expensive side mirror replacement. I think that problem was due to lack of expertise at either the regional or national level, when contacted by the local staff about a strange camera problem. This is the only bad experience in 15 years, however.
