Richard and his Staff were awesome to work with. My Trailblazer needed lots of help passing inspection. The Staff worked hard and kept me informed during the process. I would take my car to them for any service needs and would absolutely buy a car or truck from them when the time comes. Thank you Guys for helping me with my Car!!

Made a service appointment and told me it was "a simple job you'll be out in an hour.". This was important because I had a business meeting at 4 pm in Manhattan and needed to get home, showered, dressed, etc...Got there and was told " there is no way we can have it done." Asked to speak to the woman (I gave her name) who confirmed twice that I would be done in an hour but was conveniently told she was "not in today". Asked to speak to a manager to complain. They took my number and said he would call me. He never did. I called back at the end of the day and asked for his email. Clean place, polte people but they couldn't deliver what they promised. Rescheduled my service at another dealership. Sad.

KiPo Suzuki is an awesome dealership Iam on my second vehicle from them. the Service Department is great they when you call with an issue they do their very best to get your vehcile in as soon as possible. They clearly and concisely explain issues with your vehicle and offer options to rectify the issue. They are a great team and have a strong focus on providing great customer service which they always do. This is an excellent dearlership!
