Very poor service department. They had the truck 4 days to replace a catalytic converter. I have had to contact them as they have not reached out to me at all to update me. The part is in but they have not the time to get it done per service department rep. Never again will I take truck to them. This is my work vehicle that I make my living with.

Had excellent service with an electronics issue; not always the easiest to solve. The staff was very helpful providing transportation to home and back. They also made sure my extended warranty covered as much as possible of the work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Service dept is great....knowledgeable, professional and most of all friendly! All of the service folks are #1 in my opinion, but Travis and Rickey are super stars! I actually enjoy my visits. If Ford has an awards program, the Service Dept deserves special recognition. Jim ( 28 yr USAF veteran)

These guys were always there when I called and tried to help me regardless of who had my paperwork.
