2 weeks for tire and oil change. Expected same day return. 2 weeks later after much chasing on my part…I get the car no tire change, windows left down so car flooded, dirty oil rag in passenger seat and they had the guts to recommend 3 completely unneeded and I debunked they were true right in front of them. Unethical, dangerously incompetent and possibly criminal. Every nightmare in a dealership you can imagine.
