Got our 2nd great car there in a year. First 1 for my son and was so impressed I just purchased my car from them at a great price. Then the service manager was so nice when I brought my car back for a few minor things we caught after purchasing, like the regular service light came on shortly after we bought it, he not only offered to do it, but changed the oil and made sure everything was top notch for me. This made me feel extremely safer due to I drive with my kids in the car. Since it was going to take a few hours to get done, he drove me home so I didnt have to sit at the dealership and he had to go that way anyway. He also didnt judge me on my zero knowledge of car parts especially diesel and referred to things as Fluidmoobobber, and Thingamajigs. I will definitely be returning for my service and car purchasing needs as well as referring friends and family.

I did a lot of internet searching and phone calling trying to find a van I wanted at the right price. RG Motors had a van that I was interested in. After running a Carfax report and finding out it was a one owner with less than average mileage I contacted the dealership. Reggie quoted me a fair price and I went to test drive it a couple of days later. The vehicle was very clean and in excellent shape. I was allowed to keep the van most of the day and never felt any pressure from Reggie or Jay. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good used vehicle.

Horrible experience! I was sold a shinny piece of crap for $15,000. There was problems from the get go and they agreed to fix it but being a woman I was taken advantage of. I took this car back to the dealership twice to be repaired and the repairman was rude and so hateful to me, the salesman said he was like that to everybody, like that made it okay. The problem wasn't fixed the first time so I had to take it back. I guess they was just hoping they could tell me they fixed it and I would just go away. Never once did the apologize, instead I was treated harshly. The second time I asked for some paperwork showing what had been done so that I could have service records on the vehicle and the repairman did not want to go though the trouble of printing something up but did because I insisted. Now, a year later I still owe over $12,000 on a car and have done $2,000 in repairs and I'm told I need a whole new engine which is about $3,000. Nothing but problems out of this car every since I've had it and basically this 2007 GMC Envoy Denali isn't worth fixing or worth what I owe on it. Never have I felt so taken advantage of. The salesman was so nice when I purchased the vehicle but that only lasted until the papers were signed, once I called a couple of days later with problems they were anything but nice. They got one over on me and took me for thousands of dollars but hopefully this review will save someone else. This place needs to be shut down. If you had a similar experience please write reviews and file a complaint with the BBB as I have. They are also listed on ripoffreport.com website and you file a complain there too.

Very honest and trust worthy. The vehicle that we purchased was exactly like the pictures that were posted on the web page. Just keep in mind you are buying a used vehicle and they don't offer any type of warranty. With that being said I've not had any issues and feel that if I did they would make it right within a certain time frame. I had very good buying experience from this dealership and would absolutely purchase from them again.

So,,,, I bought a chrysler 300m from these guys here at royal auto sales in concord,nc 28027 . I explained i have never bought a car and was in a bad financial Bind.Bad credit,Im young, barly any family trying to get back in school ect.had few funds available, also. Let me say, I know nothing about cars.(these guys are crooks) My other car, trans went bad it was just that time. I had just enough money to invest in getting a used car . I told them a little about my situation, which they said whatever to get my little money(heartless). I brought it back to them several times for eletric problems, with the seat;it would stay heated 24/7.they said there's nothing they can do. Then i was having several other problems the fan belt was sweeking 2 weeks after i had it. trans slipping, heat stopped working(i bought it during the winter), they finally said bring it in and let's see the problem... So i brought it in, they would keep it for a couple days, i would get it back, then other problem occured a ticking noise started brought it back, he's said "well let's see if we can figure out the problem", they kept promising that everything would be fixed. but its something eles new that would happen. then the last time they "fixed" the car of these problems now they are doing little mean stuff to cause more problems. i asked for paperwork for all these times they fixed it they failed to give me my paperwork. im currently having somone looking into this situation. Thyis is a warning to any one thinking of buying a car here STOP. Then as soon as it got hot outside, more problems. Ron was sick in the hospital....(((right..))) my radeator busted.. OMG! Machanic told me that it was metaled back together but would only hold until it got hot because the radiator was plastic. I drove 3 hours from Calabash to Raleigh to check out a red 2012 GMC SIERRA and it was a waste of my time and $50 in fuel. It shows in the stats to be a perfectly maintained vehicle however I believe it was in an unreported accident. The bed was out of alignment with the truck, the bottom of the truck is bent in and the driver’s door once opened would not close. I was told you have to close to door gently or it doesn’t shut properly. Meanwhile I came to the lot in my white SIERRA with doors that work perfectly no matter how you close them. I should have been informed of these issues when I called or atleast these things should be listed in the ad. No one was able to answer the couple of questions I had and did not really seem to care. I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer strictly based off these facts. Very strange and uncomfortable atmosphere for a dealership.

I purchased a vehicle from Schumaker Autos 4 weeks ago. I gave them $1000 check for the initial purchase and another $1000 check to hold until I had the funds to cash. They told me "We will wait for your call to cash it" but guess what? We got up today and our business account was NEGATIVE - $300. I checked and they cashed the check anyway without me calling and telling them to do so. I had actually emailed the sales person "Anthony" and told him the funds would be ready next week but he cashed it anyway. They also had some very shady business practices with the entire loan process (more on that below). Watch yourself if you purchase from this company, when someone tells you one thing and does another in this type of business that is very bad. We are owners of a new Triangle Review website and we will have a detailed review, pictures and more posted on this company when we open......... stay tuned.

After days of being so busy because I am in essential services, I asked about my trade in on a Buick. They didn’t want my 2018 BMW X2. no reason after asking WHY?? Why keep emailing me when are coming, etc. If you were NEVER was going to take my car in on trade. I asked about my trade and they just said no. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Down possibly could get it done for 3000 Down even got cosigner for more income .then when I called the following Monday now that's three days later they wouldn't even honor the agreement and wouldn't give me a valid reason. Now I know that this calls the shots so I don't know what happened.
