He wasn't pushy and did not rush us into buying something right away. Jim also listened to what I wanted in a vehicle. Showed me vehicles that met those wants and needs. Went in looking for a used Durango . Salesman was very helpful let us test drive give us a price was not pushy on buying it . Told him I would think on it . I figured he would be calling but he waited for me to call him back. I changed my mind on trading or not twice an he was great about it. We made a deal but I couldn't make it in for 3 or4 days the salesman was very accommodating with me . I had a great experience . I would recommend them very much
