Worst high end car purchase experience - Ferrari
Multiple communication errors on the salesman early on. i contacted the Sales Manager and General Manager via email and provided all of the email documentation with my concerns. They both responded and let me know the salesman was new to the Ferrari sales team but they would "make it right." unfortunately, it didn't get any better. the salesman just doesn't know what to ask of his management, how to respond to issues, etc. simple stuff just wasn't performed. Given all of the options to fix the simple problems, the end result is: we have our money, the car is yours. No more contact from management. I should have followed my gut and walked away. You certainly wouldn't expect this when you are buying a Ferrari from a Ferrari dealer.
