Have gone to this dealership for 15+ years for maintenance - service has gone downhill steadily for the last few years. Give a xxxx attitude at the service desk - just putting in their time and charging outrageously for it. Bought the lifetime winterizing package - can't get in to use it. I'm done. Used to be a great place with people who were proud of their work. Now just a high priced, mediocre slap dash churn and turn joint.

By far the best customer service I have ever experienced. Dave Towell has a customer for life. I purchased my 9-7X used from another dealer. I took it in for standard service. They have been absolutely pleasant to deal with and go the extra mile. I had the opportunity to meet the owner and he was extremely pleasant. The entire service department, including the techs, are great to work with and strive to make sure you are a happy customer. I would recommend this dealership without question.
