When I encountered transmission issues 200 miles away, Bobby went above and beyond by promptly finding me a nearby dealership. Even after my transmission was replaced and I faced further issues upon returning home to Wooster, Bobby remained by my side every step of the way. Her polite and helpful attitude made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Germain Honda and commend Bobby for her excellent support.

ford of mansfield and their staff are helpful and patient. i have on several occasions gone in because i hear a noise. i work at night and need to know i wont break down. not only did they get a test drive in they get a tech to check . i needed brakes one time, this last time a stabalizer bar.thad and josh know when they see me coming but they still hang in there.
