I have two stories about Segna's service center.

Story 1: To change the oil filter in my volvo's engine you need a special oil filter wrench. I called Segna's parts department to order this wrench, but found that Volvo doesn't sell such a thing. I asked what the service people use. Segna's parts guy went out to the shop and got the information on who makes the wrench and where to get it. (Snap On tools makes one, but I found mine on ebay).

Story 2: My 2003 S60 would sometimes rev up when the auto transmision was shifting. My local Volvo dealer (I live 90 miles from Segna) hadn't heard of this problem and was unable to fix it. Segna knew exactly what the problem was (they even had a name for the problem: a 2-3 flair shift) and fixed it. A few weeks later I was at a Volvo dealer in Cincinnati and asked the service manager if he had heard of a "2-3 flair shift." He hadn't even heard of it.
