The owner Jay was dishonest with me about EVERYTHING!!!! 1) He priced truck for 11,000. Then when I said it seemed steep, he stated you would work with me. On paper work that he would not sit down & discuss with me because he was “too busy” so he had an assistant do. The truck was priced at 11,995.00- THAT IS NOT 11,000.00 2.) On day 5/3/22 HE stated that finance company required 2000.00 down. I stated all I had was 1500.00 as we had agreed on. JAY stated don’t worry I will put you down for 2000. 00 and when we get tax check I will take my 500.00 then. JAY nor his assistant put 2000.00. As confirmed with finance company as well as my contract… I was only credited for 1500.00 — Which is 100% provided by me. I asked his assistant because Jay left to sell another vehicle. She confirmed that Jay got it to go through for my 1500. I was assured all was approved and accurate. Now… Here we are 45 days in and I can’t get tags because Jay has not paid taxes to Ohio or Kentucky. Neither state had released a title. Jay will not respond to messages nor calls and he clearly did not assist me in any way financially! •Jay lied about price then bounced at signing so I couldn’t get an answer. I swallowed that. •Jay lied about the 500.00 towards deposit and it had been confirmed on my contract and with finance company that I was only credited for my 1500.00 •Jay lied about the condition of truck. Headlights went out as soon as they were on long enough to get hot. Both had to be replaced due to seal and moisture •Universal Joint had to be replaced with in the first month. I was advised that was the popping noise that Jay & his mechanic told me that I was NOT hearing. •Sensor is costing 480.00 to fix due to it is hard to get to. •AND the rocker are a job to fix as well. The lowest quote I have got for those is parts 260. With minimum labor of 1200. THINK TWICE BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH Jay at Jordan Auto Sales

I have purchased many vehicles in the past and I think this was the smoothest purchase I've ever made. I bought a used car (2012 Nissan Versa) from Nationwide Automotive Group (Monroe) 3 months back. After 3 months my car broke down on the highway and the speed was not going above 40 MPH. I had to tow the car to the nearest service center.They had suggested for the service check to the Nissan service center. After couple of days my car broke down again but luckily not on the highway I had spent money again in towing it to nissan service center. Nissan guys told me the car has transmission issue and it already had a junk transmission (old) whose record was not present in the carfax and Dealer had not informed me anything on this. When I called the dealer (Nationwide Automotive Group) regarding this issue they are not taking any responsibility of it. All my money gone in vain within 3 months of buying this car apart of it I had spent $900 more for servicing and towing. I had a very bad experience from Nationwide Automotive Group and I wont recommend it to anyone who is planning to buy a used car. I have to spend $4000 again to get a new transmission (CVT) just after 3 months of buying a car.

■●BUYER BEWARE●■ Found my new ride on Facebook with PHD Auto Group. After days & hours of research, they offered more bang for the buck. Car Gurus said it was a great deal and it truly was! Can't begin to say enough about Matt & Ashley! Very accommodating & extremely friendly. According to carfax it was in an accident. Asked the manager what kind of damage there was and from the photos and what I was told, bumper skin. OK, not a big deal. Well it's the morning after purchase, discovered I was lied to. They accident obviously was a bit more extensive. The liftgate (which still has junkyard part #'s on it) and other parts as well. Hit so hard the plastic is buckled inside. The drivers side was hit evidenced by bondo & a bad paint job & the overspray left behind. The front bumper doesn't even line up, so I can only assume damaged up there too. Contacted the dealer, said it's off the lot & my problem! At this point, I'm left no choice but to contact The Ohio Attorney General and Attorney Greg Reichenbach. I can't stop reflecting on our trade. The manager went down $2k on my trade offer because they put it on a lift and discovered a leak. I didn't want to walk away from the deal over $2,000. So he & I walked outdoors and distinctly said to him, you had the opportunity to put our vehicle on a lift and go through it with a fine tooth comb and I'm not afforded the same opportunity with the vehicle I'm buying from you. Im taking you at your word that there is nothing wrong with it. There's so much wrong... You don't want to accept the return and it hasn't even been 24 hours, which would have been the easiest & most decent and reputable thing to do. We will take the route to get our desired outcome. Update: While discussing situation on the phone, a man stating he was the manager, threatened if we followed through with our complaints their would be repercussions on our end. I Sir am not not happy with this entire deal nor your threat! ** Please look at the reviews on cars.com for this dealership. It seems this is common practice for them!**

Good evening this was a very unfortunate circumstances concerning this dealership! The website showed a 2013 white BMW X3 everything looked like it was great. Looks are deceiving Alan the owner was fully aware that this was a salvage vehicle and he never disclosed that when he took my money. I took it to my personal mechanic and they informed me that this was a salvage junkyard engine inside this vehicle that was swapped out then there's numerous of parts that does not belong to this vehicle. Requested several times to get a refund back because he fraudulently took my money and knew that this was a damaged vehicle and now I am seeking legal representation to get all my money back from this terrible unprofessional experience. If you are still wanting to purchase a vehicle from Prudential leasing Auto you need to thoroughly have a mechanic with you to check your vehicle so you are not in this situation im I am going to make sure the Nobody ends up like how I did. Alan you're not going to get away with this one I'm reporting you to every agency that I have to to let them know that your company is fraudulent and I will get my money back

Car was supposed to have a 3.3 but has a 2.2 motor. spent 1800.00 in various parts, everytime we tried putting part that is supposed to be for the actual car with right motor, it would not fit. come to find out it had wrong motor in it. Major oil leak, starter rod bent,exhaust, ignition, and many other failures, then went out of business. There is a lemon law you crooked greedy xxx. Shame on you

When I first did my research on Reel's Auto, I was a bit skeptical since the vast majority of reviews were 5-stars and I figured there was a possibility that this dealer could have bought fake reviews or paid to have negative reviews removed. I can confidently say that after visiting the Chardon branch yesterday, I have full faith that every single 5-star review is well-deserved and accurate. I visited Reel's Auto to purchase a 2016 Ford F-150 from Micheal Ostello. He was more than gracious to me and my wife, answering any questions I had about the truck. He allowed me to take the truck for a few hours up to a Ford dealership so I could pay for my own inspection. When I came back and made a reasonable offer, Micheal and Dan did not hesitate to accept it and start the paperwork process to get me approved for a loan. Before I left, Micheal made sure to fill up the gas tank (about $100 in value) and program a second key fob for me (another $400 in value). I could not ask for better treatment from a dealership, going above and beyond to make sure my needs were met. My favorite part of visiting this dealership is that it is owned and operated by veterans who genuinely care about and give back to the community. Everyone who works here are down-to-earth and more than willing to sit down and just have a normal conversation about anything as opposed to the stereotypical auto salesman who simply wants to buy and sell at a profit. From my experience, this organization is one of the most genuine businesses I have ever had the pleasure to work with, and will most definitely be coming back for any future vehicle needs and recommending them to anyone else.

I had been looking for a mini van for about 3 weeks and had looked at over a dozen. I had never heard of Reser, as I'm from Bellefontaine, but they turned up a search on autotrader in a van that suited me. I spoke to a salesman named Andy, who may have been the most down to earth salesman I've ever met. He let me take the van out for the whole day. I told him when I arrived back from the test drive what I liked and what I didn't. He never pressured me or made me feel like if I didn't buy it I would be missing out. We worked out a great price and I bought the van that day. From all the other vans I looked at I found the best one on this small lot priced well under what I would have paid at a larger lot. While I was signing paperwork the owner, Gary, went out and cleaned the glass, gave me some gas, and installed my plates. Of all the dealers and salesman I've met and done business with, this one was the best. The large dealerships could learn a thing or two from these boys!

I've been buying cars from Rose automotive since I got my license (which totals to 3 cars). They are the absolute best! I have been to some dealerships that pressured me and gave me the run around, tried to trick me into things. As a young woman I must look like an easy target, but that was NEVER the case with rose automotive. They listened to everything I wanted and needed. They continue to go out of their way each and every time to find me exactly what I'm looking for. They always treated me so well and gave me the best possible prices. I will recommend them forever.
