I went to Fort Thunder intending to buy a bike. - Bretm
I went to Fort Thunder intending to buy a bike. I test rode a used road king and was prepared to pay the full price for the bike, all they had to do was to waive the ridiculous $1299 fee that they put on every bike. The finance manager came out to speak with me and just could not do it. Instead he started the payment game. If a customer comes to your store with an empty trailer, they are likely a serious buyer. I later found out from my neighbor who leads a ladies in leather riding group that they have long ago stopped dealing with them. There is another dealer in the OKC area and I may try them in the future. If I can’t find an honest HD dealer I will switch brands. HD stock is in free fall and from my experience at this dealership it is easy to see why.
They have fair prices, but are not willing to negotiate... - 01wideglide
They have fair prices, but are not willing to negotiate at all. Only thing I was told is what they can't do. They do not offer a military discount to veterans. They claim to have a great rewards program, but if you make their top rating of platinum you only get 5% cash back to be used at their store. They are worth checking out prices, but overall I would not recommend this dealership.
