We're from Texas, so we went to this dealership with the understanding that we would be receiving our first oil change free. Well we found out otherwise from the dealership were we purchased the vehicle, that only applied to that dealership and not the Dealership in Oregon where we had to go for a family emergency. But the young Lady that handled our service, heard my conversation with the Dealership and felt bad things went wrong, that she went above and beyond too help us out and applied a discount to our bill. This is truly a person that enjoys her job and mostly taking care of the customer. Every business needs more employees like her. I feel bad that I can't remember her name. I would bet that this company has more then one employee that are willing to help the customer. I highly recommend Lithia Dealership Service Center for any auto service or repairs.
