I have been so disappointed with the service I received from Kendal Ford when purchasing a car this summer.
First, they told me a 100 (+) point inspection had been done on the vehicle but the battery was 6 years old and kept dying on me. They told me to go to quicklane to get it looked at. There was corrosion all over the battery and not only were they going to put the battery back in without cleaning it - they didn't want to take any responsibility for the battery. After three visits I could only get them to replace the battery if I promised to give a good review online.
They also gave me an IOU for a rack system with the purchase of the vehicle. After taking the vehicle back in twice, the rack system is still scratching the paint of my car because it was installed incorrectly. Now they are ignoring my concerns when I try to call their inadequate service to their attention.
I have owned Fords all my life. I used to know the previous owner of Kendal Ford - maybe it all went down the drain with new ownership. I will never give Kendal Ford my service again. I suggest no other women, or anyone else give them business. I get the distinction sense they think they can give me worse service because I am a woman.
Although my sales person Brian sometimes seemed like he might be advocating for me - over all I got the sense that he was just like every other car sales man I have ever met and didn't really provide the service I had hoped for.
