My first service since purchasing my new Rogue. Exactly... - JonesJ
My first service since purchasing my new Rogue. Exactly as I expected and Mr Higgins was very thorough and polite. I had additional questions and he also addressed though.
The service is very good, and the associate that worked... - Whelan
The service is very good, and the associate that worked with me, Chris, is an exceptional customer service representative. My only complaint is the skyrocketing repair costs for a Volvo.
Really badFor last 30 years, whenever battery was... - DORAHSU
For last 30 years, whenever battery was replaced, the technician would make sure the clock was reset back to correct time. Not this one.
Also because I requested seasonal tire change this time, I brought home my regular tire. All the other places I went before, the technician would put the tires in new bags. I really did not mind they used my old bags (that was holding my snow tires). But I was in real shock that the technician put the tires on the top of back seat. If I can put two tires on the trunk and two tires between the seats, the technician should do so. IT IS SO DIRTY. It also tells me that the technician is not well trained.
My experience with Nissan dealerships and service was... - .
My experience with Nissan dealerships and service was never a problem until Ivan “manager” from services changed that for me and my wife. Long story short the most disrespectful customer service you can get from a dude who might think he knows a thing or two better than two females. Went in for maintenance and what he says is “needed” for the car contradicts what my last report shows from last maintenance job done. We had to pull teeth with him so he can explain why this and that was done, aside from his nasty attitude, my Nissan Maxima 2017 radio “gave out” and they wanted me to spend $2600 to replace it or 2k to fix it, this is where the attitude got worse when I told him I couldn’t afford it. I decided to speak to Jason who oversees service who recommended to reach out to Nissan consumer affairs to see if they can cover a portion or full replacement of the radio that “gave out” after only 4 years of owning it. Well seems Carr Nissan was having consumer affairs play a waiting game after a week the dealership still had not provided the report/estimation for the fix of the radio. Wow how unprofessional, so consumers filed a complaint against Ivan. For all we know maybe the radio did not had to be replaced since the dealership was making consumers wait, if the issue was honest they would had completed it ASAP. Well I’m so happy to say Carr/ Beaverton Nissan did 0% to make me satisfied it was so bad that after a long wait I just trade it in my car, and now I am a happy owner of a great competition from Nissan. Oh and excellent warranties I can be at peace that even after 4-6 years of owning my car my “radio” will be covered and not having to experience this xxxx again! Thank you Ivan for your xxxxty service and disappointment that Jason could not follow up with me, this says a lot about this dealership they care more about money than the relationship with their clients. I will make sure no friends or family shop here ever again!!
Beware - they steal!!!!! - bohemiandj
Beware of Gladstone Nissan in Oregon!!! I went there to get my oil changed and they stole the frames around my license plates (front and back) that were from Hawaii and replaced them with their own. I contacted Penny in the service department…no apology…nothing…just mailed them back (guess they kept them as trophies). I contacted the general manager, Steve, and never got a response, not even an apology. Apparently theft of personal property is endorsed at this dealership at the highest level of management - and if they steal something this simple, who knows what else they will steal!!! by the highest level of management. There is nothing they can say (now) that will be anything but an excuse for their bad behaviors; and if they think it is okay to steal personal property it’s not a far stretch for them to believe they can do other things without your permission, i.e., unnecessary work to steal your money. Theft is theft in any form.
Service was excellent! - Totally Exceptional
We had broken down on the road with our 2009 Pathfinder and Boler trailer. There were many issues with our vehicle which had been ill prepared and serviced for travel by Stadium Nissan in Calgary. Stadium Nissan wouldn't communicate with the Kiefer service team, which made it difficult to troubleshoot our issues, but they persevered and got us on the road later in the afternoon. That was after they let us "camp" in the lot overnight and then drove us into Walmart so we could get prepared as well. This saved us time and sanity and everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The Tech's led by Juan Gomez and were excellent and kind hearted, as well as knowledgable and helpful - they were generous beyond belief. It's great to purchase a vehicle, but being able to rely on knowledgable and reliable service people who are clearly invested and interested in their jobs is essential for any vehicle owner. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase and service their vehicle at this dealership with people who truly care. Thank you to Juan Gomex, Rick Webb, Oryan Giorgi, Sky and everyone who assisted us at all, for all your above the mandated service you provided so we could confidently get on the road to San Fransisco.

Not helpful and rude, talking down to the customer. I’m... - ann
Not helpful and rude, talking down to the customer. I’m not a genius but not stupid. Took my Rogue in because both headlights were fogging up with the left streaming with condensation. Explains the car had been parked in the garage for several weeks, it has not rained and the weather is warm. Asking what is going on. The service representative said I had cracked lens and needed to be replace. This is not a cheap at $650 for one. The next day I had a oil change schedule with my usual mechanic and asked them about the problem. He said there were no cracks. Gave me a print out on the problem that Nissan had with headlight seal failing related to the heat produced by the LED bulb. Took the paper back to the dealership and they were still blaming me. Stating I had damaged the headlight. Asked if had driven it though a car wash. And denying Nissan had a problem with the headlight. They were not willing compromise.
