this guy replaced my transmission, and 4 months later it began leaking. he stated there is nothing he could do, it was used, yet after the work was done, he told me there was a six month warranty. this man does not keep his word or obey the law when it comes to dealing in cars.

I do most of my own work, but when it's beyond my capability, I come here. They're straight shooters, make good recommendations, and do the job right. We bought our 2004 Honda Element here new, and have had it and our Accord in several times over the years. Always great service. Our Accord will likely be with us for several more years, and I'll bring it here whenever necessary.

Thia is a complete story about my dealings with two dealerships. Great job to Primasing Motors! Took my 2016 Camaro in to Power Chevrolet three times for a problem with the radio and the defroster. First time I took it in to power, the service manager informed me the car was working as designed and there were no problems. The second time I took it into Power they acknowledged a problem, reprogrammed the radio and AC motors, and told me it was fixed. Took it back to Power yet again, and they kept my car for 10 days. In ten days of looking, and supposedly calling a GM field rep out to look at my car, the give it back to me again telling me there is no problem. By the way, during the ten days they had my 5 month old Camaro they gave me a 2013 Chrysler 200 that ran like crap. A freaking Chrysler, talk about ticking me off....... I take the car in to Primasing Motors in Lebanon. Need my first service, so I figured while the car was there, I'd ask them to look at the issues I have been having. They tell me when I come in to get my car that the radio software was out of date so they reprogrammed it. And they found a bad defrost blend motor which was causing the defrost issue.and have ordered it for me. This diagnosis after only two hours! Congratulations Primasing Motors! I will be taking both of my cars there for service from now on and the next vehicles we buy will be from Primasing.

My husband had a service appointment this morning at 9am. This appointment was made a month ago and he drove one hour to get there. He checked in early and waited for over an hour. When he asked the service employee when they would be getting to his vehicle they were very rude. This normally patient man was so upset that he took his key and left.
