A couple of weeks ago, I visited this dealership for a routine oil change, and my experience turned out to be far better than I could have imagined. During the service, something unexpectedly broke on my vehicle. and the team immediately took full responsibility and assured me they would take care of everything at no charge. Not only did they repair the issue completely free of charge, but they also provided me with a rental car for five full days at no cost while the repair was being completed. On top of that, they didn’t charge me for the oil change either. I walked away without paying a single dollar, which speaks volumes about the honesty, integrity, and customer first attitude of this dealership. shout out to Derik, Sam, Carson and Diego Loera for their professionalism and genuine care. They were upfront, transparent, and made sure I felt supported throughout the entire process. They went above and beyond, that gave me total peace of mind knowing my car was in good hands. This experience has earned my trust and loyalty. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone! They have bilingual staff which made my customer experience even stronger. The same two parts guys who sold me an in-stock $300+ trim part a month ago refused to accept the return of the part when I was unable to remove the old part. It was in the factory packaging but I didn’t have the receipt. Their computer showed the sales of the item and would have shown my purchase if they wanted to provide even basic customer service. Very disappointed in Jkm Fisher Volvo.
