I love CarMax! It’s great to be able to shop for exactly what you want without having a salesperson breathing down your neck and constantly contacting you. The service in Salem was excellent! My car was everything I wanted and in wonderful condition. I saw a small flaw in one of the tires and asked if it was a problem. The service department checked it out and gave me four new tires. Wow! That’s showing that they care about their customers.
