Both of them were great; no pressure, just helpful, informative, and courteous. They didn't rush us; let us try several used and new cars. I took my 2013 HYUNDAI Sonota for recall they found the engine was bad = the got a car for me and paid for it. they put new engine it . they did a very good job. when they do service on your car they are honest the tell you what it is going to cost. too bad sales is not this honest

I went in to get something with my tire fixed. We did alignment and such but when I picked up my car I still heard the issue. I realized that it had to be a wheel bearing issue. I took the service member out for a ride to hear it and he too said it sounded like a wheel bearing issue but it wasn't loud enough to fix. So I'm currently dealing with an annoying noise and have to wait until the matter gets much worse in order for it be fixed ... which is not what I thought would be the case when buying the warranty. Other than that their service is pretty fast. I've been there twice.

Tucson purchase - lcderrick
I was very disappointed with how I was treated when I purchased my Tucson. On meeting Amanda, she seemed knowledgeable regarding the options offered in the Tucson models, but as I discovered, she really wasn't as evidenced by my having to correct her with my limited information gained online. After deciding on a vehicle, I left the dealership on Saturday with the expectation that I would be called on Monday with my financing information and the car would be available to me on Tuesday. Monday and Tuesday came and went without even a phone call. I called the dealership on Tuesday night and had to leave a message. I visited the Fairfield dodge dealership Tuesday night and told them my story. Shelbi and her manager agreed to look into things and contact me in the morning. Shelbi texted me the next morning (and everyday) with an update on what was happening and gave me Troy's (Hyundai manager) phone number. I spoke with Troy who told me he was unable to get the car that I was promised on Saturday and that it was very difficult to locate one in our area but he would keep looking. He said that he had a possibility of getting one if a deal fell through but he wouldn't know until noon on Thursday. Troy called me later Wednesday night and asked if I would consider different colors as I had chosen grey or black, but I really did not want any other one. As Thursday night came (7:00pm), I believed since I had not heard from Troy and the "deals" were over that day, that I was not getting my car, when he called to say he had found my vehicle. After finalizing the purchasing information with him over the phone I received a phone call (8:15pm) from Amanda. She was a bit aggressive - "I hear that you are pissed off. It's not my fault. Troy told me not to call you since we couldn't find you a car" and "you probably don't want to work with me anymore" . As I told her, I was not angry about the delay in finding the car, I was perturbed due to the lack of communication that left me believing that my sale was unimportant and that I was not getting a car. What should have been an extremely easy sale turned into a bad experience that has left me less than willing to deal with Fairfield Hyundai again. That said, the folks at Fairfield dodge, Shelbi and her manager, were very helpful and kept in constant contact with me.

I contacted Chelsea in December 2017 about early return on my lease. She kept in contact with me for several weeks about available incentives. Through Chelsea we set up an appointment and scheduled a test drive in January. Although we did not make a deal that night, Chelsea kept us updated and we came to an agreement to lease a new Elantra in February. We absolutely love this new car and can't thank Chelsea and all the staff of Freedom Hyundai for such great friendly service. Highly recommend.
