Amazing over all experience! Went in on a snowing night. Chris Kepes was our salesman and provided us with a fantastic experience. He assisted us with everything. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Chris found the vehicles in the lot we wanted to look at and test drive and went out and cleaned them off and warmed them up for us to test drive. I will be back to this dealership again to buy another car next year for sure!

I negotiated a deal over the phone with Tim Bergey. When I arrived to the dealership, he quickly brought the car up and explained some of the paperwork. I went to the financing office and finished signing the paperwork and was off to go sit in the car, where Tim explained all of the features. Very painless process, with a very good price and no hidden fees.

My hyundai had an engine failure and it was not under warranty anymore since it is a salvage title. I was so desperate and couldn't afford to fix it as I am a student, that I advertised it on craiglist for sale by parts. Dan from the service department contacted me and instead of offering to buy the car for cheap, he offered to take a look if it is eligible to repair under recall. I would have never known that it was under a recall because two shops that I've been to told me that there is no hope and it's out of warranty. He got an approval for a new engine under recall and installed it, and did not even ask for any compensation. He even waited for over an hour for me to come from work to pick it up. I am eternally grateful for all his kindness, and I hope he gets a raise too! 1,000,000/5 rating :)
Service Dept is not good - Love my car but not the service
Since I bought my car I have had it there to check the noise I heard coming from my dashboard/engine. When I told them I thought it was the actuator they looked at me like I had 4 heads. Said they found nothing wrong. I told them it happens when the car is first started and will make the noise until it warms up. So they told me back in Nov that I can leave it over night but they don't have a loaner car and will call me when they have one,. It is now June. I have already been in there 2 other times for a jerking in my steering, they told me I needed new tires and charged me (under warranty) to diagnose it. Still nothing about the noise in my engine. Now it needs a tire rod (hmmmmm maybe that was what what jerking before but now I'm back again) They do not have the part so they will call me when it comes in. After 1 1/2 weeks of no return call I called them, manager said he will look into it and call me back. It's now another week later, I called and was told the wrong part came in and they ordered the other one it should be here Friday. They will call me Friday. I bet I will need to call them. Oh and my engine still makes that noise.....

We drove an hour from New Jersey to Fred Beans since they had a large inventory available to see. I had no intention of buying a car for another month or so as I had that much time left on my current lease, so I was strictly just looking.
Steve Urso greeted us as we wandered the lot and offered me a test drive. I liked the car, but they didn't have the color I wanted for the model I was interested in, plus like I said, I wasn’t planning on buying for another month.
Long story short: Paul Zolnierz, the sales manager, located the car in the color I wanted within a day or two, and had Steve contact me with a price that made it worth my while to buy now rather than wait. I finalized the deal with Paul over the phone. A very painless transaction to say the least.
Highly recommended, and be sure to ask for Steve Urso when you visit.

Made appt one week ago to replace rear back up camera only to find out I wasn’t in the computer. I even gave them the names of the two guys I spoke with. Told me it would take 2-3 hours. I am 1 hour into appt & car is still sitting outside. Same thing happened to me in December.... after waiting for 3 hours I was told camera couldn’t be fixed & had to order. Don’t buy here EVER. Service Dept is the VERY worst I’ve ever experienced & I’ve owned many cars over the past 50 years! Too many other dealerships to buy from. Planning to trade this one in the end of summer & this place couldn’t GIVE me a car for free!

They are dishonest, and scammers.They ran a loan application intentionally and without my permission after I declined to buy a car. After 2 months , they still have not refunded my deposit. They claimed they fired the sales manager that submitted the loan application.
My advice DO NOT GIVE YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY # ON THE APPLICATION . . .
