I received top notch customer service for my sales representative Nick I know I can always count on great service at any Hyundai/ Genesis dealership since my first Hyundai truck that I had gotten now to my Genesis I praise Hyundai all the time and I actually told Mercedes they need to come and get some tips from the level of customer service that is received at any of the dealerships very pleasant buying experience. Nick was very patient I'm thankful for that and thus far I am happy with my new vehicle!!!

Kyle Soultes and Genesis of Doylestown and Fred Beans saved the Genesis brand in my house. We already owned a G70 and I was looking to add another 2022. G70. For about a week I dealt with Genesis dealers sales people, sales managers and I wanted to take a shower after my conversations with them, Advertise one price you show up and the price is higher, they have the inventory until you show up 25 minutes later and they don't have it anymore, your car is worth x until you show up and then is worth x-$6,000 although the car is as you said it was...I even heard "why dont you go sell your car and come back with the money!!!!!". For a young company that is trying to break in the premium car market, they certainly have the product but as far as the people selling their product they have a ton of catching up to do. I can honestly say I have not been treated as a customer this bad by the worse used car salesman, I was at a point o where I was ready to walk in an Audi dealership and buy the first car I saw. That is when Kyle came in the picture, reached out to me "listened to the car and features I was interested in", imagine that! Provided a price for that car, then there was some back and forth on the trade we settled on a price upon inspection, during the entire process Kyle was very responsive and things were not changing with every conversation or text. He exemplified honesty/integrity and understood what I was interested in. Kyle's demeanor and interest to satisfy the customer convinced me to visit the dealership and make a deal. John Homan finance manager also made sure the experience that started with Kyle continued, what a relief! and pleasure it was to deal with the team at Genesis of Doylestown at Fred Beans. Highly recommend and will be going back again.

Sale of second hand Genesis went well. - Bailjumper

Sale of second hand Genesis went well. However, service became quite a pain, to the point of having to cease dealing with dealership. I live over 2 and 1/2 hours away. Made appointment for spark plug replacement, which requires intake manifold to be removed. Drove to dealership for service, was told service can not be completed..... NO PARTS! Called a Hyundai dealer close to home, was told to come in. This call made right in front of service department. Have not been beck. This was over four years ago.
