The Tensioner went bad on my 2020 tacoma and destroyed my belt. Silver Rock covered the tensioner, but would not cover the belt. "Wearable item". Even though it was it was under extreme conditions due to the bad tensioner. Even though i talked to management at Silver Rock. They kept throwing warranty and Wearable item in my face, saying there was nothing they could do. So I called Cavarna, explained the situation to them and they ended up covering all my out of pocket expenses.
