Exceptional Service Experience at Audi Hilton Head
As a new owner of an Audi e-tron, I had some initial concerns about whether dealerships would be truly equipped to service electric vehicles. Those concerns were quickly put to rest at Audi Hilton Head.
From the moment I dropped off my car, I was impressed. The service manager, Dante, along with coordinators Kristen and Amy, proudly shared that the dealership has three master e-tron certified technicians on staff. That level of training and specialization gave me immediate confidence that my car was in expert hands. I asked a number of detailed questions, and they answered each one with professionalism and clarity.
Just as impressive as their technical expertise was their dedication to customer service. Throughout the process, I received video updates showing the progress of repairs, timely text messages, and a phone call confirming the on-time completion of the work. Their communication was thoughtful, proactive, and seamless.
It’s rare these days to find a service department that gets both the technical side and the customer experience right — Audi Hilton Head does both exceptionally well. I can’t say enough good things about my experience and will absolutely continue to rely on them for future service needs.
