We had a fantastic experience at this dealership. Because my e-tron had insufficient charge to get us back home and the commercial e- charge station was out of service, we drove to the Charleston Audi dealer. We explained our situation and the service department couldn’t have been more helpful. They charged our car and provided us with refreshments while we waited and even gave our dog water and a dog treat. This dealership turned a bad situation into a most pleasant experience. Thanks Audi of Charleston for taking such good care of us.
If you like picking up your car with more damage than... - Dotherightthing
If you like picking up your car with more damage than when you left it, these guys are wonderful.
Dropped off: no flooded taillight
48 hours later
Picked up: water flooded taillight
The service manager took ~$100 off of the almost $600!!! quote to fix my damaged taillight ($300 on ebay, possibly not OEM), while suggesting that the damage was caused due to "age" (<40kmiles, 2012 A6 Quattro)... not concerned that he had complete possession of my vehicle and that zero issues were had in the last 2+ years.
I never understood why you avoid the dealership until dealing with these guys... Thankfully I have timestamped pictures or I'd have been fleeced for $500!
Stay VERY far away from their service department.
No to poor ability to contact anyone regarding car status. - 623877GirlCats
If I could give this Service Department a negative number, I would. I have 2 Audis - My Q# went in for Service week before last for routine service - 6 days later I had to get my Audi Advocate involved in order to even get a status! Thinking I had just had a bad patch, I left my Q5 for service when I picked up the first car.
That was 7 days ago today, and not even a status call. I called them around 3 PM yesterday, but no call back yet.
I really don't understand, because I bought both of these cars from them and have had them do service on all 3 of my Audis for the last 10 years. They used to be 5 star - now, they stink. This time it's going to cost them a sale - I am trading both my Q3 & Q5 in on a 2020 Q5, But not with this dealership.
