Very disappointed. Received wo notices of a air bag recall on My car I bought in July. When made an appointment requested a replacement car, while mine was being fixed, since both letters I received said it was available. Drove over 45 minutes to get to dealer to be told no replacement car on the year car I have. False information from you.! Very upset. so do not recommend them. The least they could have done is called us when appointment was made to tell us car would not be available. Wasted of my time. And we were going to look at cars, to bad for them.

My husband & I leased a 2020 BMW X3 and our salesman, Ash was great! He made our first lease pretty easy and answered my million questions. My husband was going to surprise me and Ash had a large red bow on the top when we arrived. I would highly recommend Ash for your car buying needs.

Worst experience I've had. My service advisor wasn't there and another advisor gave me wrong attitude. I asked her what's the payment for because I didn't know about it. She raised her voice up and said that i can leave the car there and come back another day to talk to my advisor. She said that she will not let me drive without paying. I was only asking about it and that's what she supposed to say?!? She was very rude. I can't believe that it's what advisor talked to customer when they only ask go clarify. I just paid and wanted to get out right away with her attitude.

Made 5 calls to Service and was promised return call. It has now been 5 days and still no return call from dealership. I gave up and called Bradshaw Acura and they answered my BMW question and directed me to mechanic to help. Very discouraging as I own a new BMW M2 Competition and am new to the area. Going outside of the region, to Atlanta, appears to be my only choice for BMW service. This will color my opinion when selecting my next new automobile.
