Do NOT trust the service department - Grammie
Had my headlights replaced by Dick Smith Mitsubishi Service . Turns out the headlights THEY ordered for me were not the correct ones and they did not match....passenger side blue and the driver side clear. At the time the work was done I completely trusted their service. BIG MISTAKE!! If they employ professional technicians how could they have not noticed two different headlights? Would also like to mention it was a shoddy job of installation. ...leaked into the headlights casings. Unfortunately the warranty has expired so now I have to dish out over $250.00 for new headlights. Don't know how they think they resolved the problem they created by telling me they'll install for free?????!!!! THEY DID A TERRIBLE JOB OF INSTALLATION THE FIRST TIME ......I won't even bother to tell the reason they gave for the mistake they made because I can't believe their manager even said that! !! SMH customers double check the service provided by Dick Smith Mitsubishi. ...not to be trusted.

Absolute worst service department. - Hiderplo
Took my '09 Mitsubishi Lancer to get checked out after years of inadequate maintenance; wanted routine maintenance to come up to date, to investigate an abnormal sound and technicians to find anything they could and bring it to my attention. Was billed for services and received a 27-point inspection that listed EVERYTHING as "Satisfactory", even though the windshield sprayer was inoperable, the windshield had two gigantic cracks, the abnormal sound was a loose undercarriage covering with two covering missing, and verbally I was told I needed to replace one tire due to tread. After leaving, the service engine light came on, my car starts shuddering as I get up to speed, and it pulls heavily to the right. The car was in worse condition after leaving maintenance than it was when it entered.
I take the car back explaining these issues and the manager promises to look into things personally. I am then told my trunk brake light (led) is intermittently defective, a second tire is 'separating', the windshield sprayer pump needs replacing, a windshield wiper needs replaced and the service engine light is caused by an old stored code (all items that should have been found with the first inspection). I request the pump and tires to be replaced and a new inspection report. The new inspection report only lists the windshield as unsatisfactory (due to cracks), even though the windshield wiper, brake light, and undercarriage coverings were all left alone. After leaving the lot, once again the service engine light comes back on and in addition the low tire pressure light is on.
After two visits, I still have maintenance lights, an incomplete inspection report, and serious concerns that services charged for were not actually completed.
apparent lies about parts. - Jerry D
I have been to Love Mitsubishi a few times to try to find parts for my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage and was told each time that they DID NOT get Mitsubishi Mirage Parts. I've tried several times. The latest Was today (8/26/2019) I'm looking for a locking gas cap. I was told to go to somewhere like AutoZone because Love DID NOT have Mitsubishi parts. I am shocked that Mitsubishi allows such behavior from their franchises.
