This is the best Land Rover dealership I've been to. Chad is super helpful and always goes above and beyond to ensure I have a great experience. The pricing is transparent and they don't push additional services you don't need or want the way other dealerships do. Highly recommend.

My convertible top was stuck, would not go up or down. I made an appointment with Jonathan in the service department. As I was driving to my appointment, Jonathan phoned me. He knew an option for me to try myself. I found the button he told me about and Voila!! The top went down perfectly. I am grateful for Jonathan’s help, he went above and beyond his job description and helped me. I will continue to take my car to Lexus of Greenville.

Terrible service. Lied to, given so many excuses I can't count. Ripped insurance off. First $1200 then $4500 fot the same problem. Told us that they would help us with insurance claim, then turn around and told insurance that the problem was unrelated to the bump. Returned Lexus to us with a new problem and said it was unrelated. I would have expected much more from a dealership of this caliber. Rude, unhelpful, liers. Do yourself a favor, go to Acura, their service is fantastic.

I took my 07 2500 duramax to another dealer for a check engine light and they told me they had no clue what was wrong and then tried to charge me a diag fee. I then took my truck to love buick gmc and they had it fixed under war in less then a hour.

I have been to Love Mitsubishi a few times to try to find parts for my 2017 Mitsubishi Mirage and was told each time that they DID NOT get Mitsubishi Mirage Parts. I've tried several times. The latest Was today (8/26/2019) I'm looking for a locking gas cap. I was told to go to somewhere like AutoZone because Love DID NOT have Mitsubishi parts. I am shocked that Mitsubishi allows such behavior from their franchises.

This place is awesome the best anywhere , I was broke down here and from Texas pulling a 42 ft, 5 th wheel , I had reservations already made for on The way back home , they went out of their way to get my truck fixed and get me back on the road , Nancy beam was the service writer and she was awesome in getting me in line for the work and Tyler the mechanic did a great job Thank y’all so much David McCarty
