The usual happy day - James Joseph Cameron
It is always a pleasure to drive into Steve White Audi. I feel as if I have known the people who assist me for many many years. They always treat me with courtesy and professionalism. The coffee is always hot and there are snacks available. I always leave with that comfortable feeling that my Audi has been properly taken care of.
Maintenance visit - Vwdearlership1234!
The staff is very nice and the service exceptional. This dealership values you as a customer and tries very hard not to keep you waiting so much.
Horrible experience - Recycle
This dealer doesn’t accept waiters for oil changes. Instead, you must make an appointment and come back later. Totally missing the mark. There are. CRoety of other places to take your VW who appreciate your business.
Great Customer Care - jpappal406
The folks at service are alway friendly and knowledgeable. Make experience a fun event. The service area is clean and bright. Great dealership that I enjoy going to.
VW Service recall - Nic
Took a VW Passat 2014 for 69Q9 air bag inflator recall. Air bag light was on prior to replacing the recall light and stayed on after the part was replaced. They asked my daughter to pay for the diagnostics to determine what is causing the airbag light on. Internet research showed the airbag light on, steering audio controls and horn not working is due to protective cover over the steering wheel clock spring needs replacement. The VW recall shows "protective cover is a recall item and if airbag light is on the steering wheel clock spring will be replaced free of charge".
I called Stokes again and spoke with Todd and he said that this is not a recall item by VW.
I called Low Country VW and asked the cost on replacing the steering wheel clock spring and they said it will cost nothing if the car has less than 120,000 miles. They replaced the parts free of charge, airbag light is off, audio controls and horn works perfect.
Clueless Service Department - armywife
Bought a brand new car here, only had 32 miles on it. I have had it in the shop more than I've driven it! My check engine light kept coming on, brought it to the service department three times...only to be told there's nothing wrong with car. I took it to Autozone for one of those quick diagnostic checks. I was told by Autozone I have a EVAP leak. This place told me that those checks are not reliable. Three times I was told they couldn't find anything wrong, they turned my check engine light off and sent me on my merry way. Finally, the fourth time the master mechanic got involved, he check my car out and now all of sudden I need a new fuel pump! Covered by warranty, so they fixed it, but I am still noticing that when I take my foot off the gas to slow down my car still lunges forward! Needless to say this place is clueless. I have never had such a horrible experience with any dealer as I have with this place. On top of all this their customer service is horrible.
Helping a potential customer. - Help needed
I changed a flat on the highway in front of service area. Drove to the service entrance because my donut tire was flat. Asked the service rep if I could get some air. Company policy is no, can not. Will never ever buy a car there. Will tell others also not to go there. Poor public service to a person that needed a little air. Had to have AAA tow my car to my service station.
