High standard of service - CarMom
We have been taking our 2013 KIA Optima to Billion Auto in Rapid City for regular maintenance since we bought it there in 2014. We always receive courteous, prompt, professional service. We are updated frequently during the service and/or issues for the car such as replacing a filter, etc. Kenneth Starkey-Ferna was the latest service advisor. I noticed once this visit that he was so absorbed in reading the service sheet for me, he clipped a corner going back to his desk--that is dedication!
