I had a vehicle with an intermittent check engine light. Dealer said they could not properly diagnose without the light being on even though the issue was suspect from an earlier time when it was in. Poor excuse for a mechanic. So trying to make an appt to have it diagnosed with it being intermittent and living 40 miles away is extremly ridiculous, but I played along and got lucky enough that the light was on the day we took it in.
Now this was the third time the vehicle was in there to get this issue figured out. The first time they replaced some parts, it was part of the problem, but it wasn't all, the second time the light was off and apparently not enough for a mechanic to do a quick inspection on the same suspect areas rather than send me home and the third time the light was on yet service wanted to push me to do scheduled and pending maintenance issues like spark plugs instead of making it a priority to get the main issue fixed, while waiting around for 5 hours.
These types of issues are what either keeps customer coming back or not. I'm not impressed, rather, extremely displeased with the lack of understanding and unwillingness to try to get my vehicle back on the road asap when it is needed the most.

Our Wrangler needed warranty work for air bags. iversons put us off for months. Finally we got it in and they had ordered the wrong parts. When we went to pick it up that had parked it a block away in a mud hole and we had to wade through to get in. We took it to Watertown Ford and Chrysler where they did the work professionally with their awesome service department.

I dropped my new car off one of the many times for water leaks. When I dropped it off I happened to have the dash display of the tire pressures visible. All the tires were showing good. 20 minutes later they drove my car out and said the issue was fixed. I got in the car and immediately the low tire warning came on. The rear tire was very low. I went back inside and said I had an almost flat tire. They sent someone out to remove the wheel and check the tire. They found no issue with the tire, installed it and charged me $20 plus tax. The next day the tire was flat. I pumped it up and drove to another shop to have the tire repaired. The other shop person immediately saw a nail in the outer sidewall between the tread and sidewall which warranted new tire, $235. I was told it was almost impossible to have this happen accidentally, which made me believe this was done on purpose somewhere. My warranties are over. Watertown Ford Chrysler won't see my vehicles for service ever again.

They got me in when other nearby dealerships where two days out. They told me what they were going to do, they did it, they claimed warranty. It is really nice to be taken care of quickly and with genuine care. The team did a great job. I travel for work and it has been 10 years since another dealer treated me this well.
