If you're looking for a business that prioritizes - chris and jermaine

If you're looking for a business that prioritizes customer service and accountability, I highly recommend you steer clear of thus place - all I wanted was a response on bike #nme668775. My friend and I have been trying for days to get a response from the sales team, but to no avail. Despite reaching out via multiple channels and even visiting the dealership in person, we have been met with complete disregard. It's concerning to think that if something were to go wrong after the sale, they would likely not be responsive. The sales team's lack of interest in potential customers and their apparent incompetence is a red flag and indicative of poor business practices. As ready and eager buyers, we were willing to make a purchase, but the sales team's neglect has cost them our business. Save yourself the frustration and don't let anyone you know make the same mistake.

Great customer service with these guys. - SNOWMAN

Great customer service with these guys. Always willing to help and never tried to pressure us to buy. We want to thank all of the employees at Moonshine that we came in contact with. This dealership is definitely the top dealership in the middle Tennessee area by far in our opinion. Also, if you are looking for some custom work... look no further. Check out their YouTube channel. IT'S WICKED! Thanks again guys!
