Best Service Department Ever! Was traveling from KY to Atlanta with my daughter on 10/7 and car wouldn't start in McDonald's parking in Clinton. Called Fox's Service Dept. at 4:48pm and even though they were about to close, they sent a mechanic out to jump start my car and I drove it over to the dealership for a new battery. Turned out the alternator was bad and they ended up ordering me a new one. They didn't have the part in stock so I inquired about the possibility of renting a car, Ron H. was able to contact the rental agent Denise and she graciously came back to rent us a car so my daughter could spend 3 full days at home for her College Fall Break. I can not thank these people enough for their wiliness to help even when they were ready to go home for the day. They went above and beyond customer service and I will never forget that. Highly recommend them for your service needs!

Avg wait for an oil change with an appointment is about 4 hrs. Service advisors leave before car is returned, and the communication is atrocious.
Wrongfully charged me for a battery replacement and installation, a couple months later, this discrepancy was found by another Toyota Dealership.
Nashville locals know there is no reason to any conduct business here unless you want to waste your time, money, and energy trying to communicate with them.
