I tried to get a price on 2022 HD Ultra Limited but could never get the sales man to get me a firm price. I was repeatedly told that I would have to physically come in to the dealership before I could get a price. I told them that I just needed to know what extra fees they wanted to charge on top of the full price of MSRP and they could not even commit to telling me a price. Unbelievable! I ended up calling a honda dealership and got a price over the phone. I also called Freedom Powersports and got a straight up price on an Indian.

Last week my wife and I traveled from N. Carolina to Corpus Christi to visit friends for the week. I made 2 trips to Harley to grab some CC Harley swag Now there are sales people that will hound you and then there is gals like Elissa Vaughn. This chick is on top of her game, my first trip I was solo and buying for me and my ol’lady Elissa was attentive, asked the right questions and very welcoming On my 2nd trip cause I didn’t buy the right sizes Elissa again help me and the wife, pointing out items that had just come in as well as products that would wear well. This chick has got it all and she gorgeous which certainly made me want to spend more time with her and $$$ in the store Thanks to everyone at the store we had a great visit.

Had work done that was paid for 100% by ESP. The service manager charged me $1,916.05 to release my bike. The parts she charged me for were the parts which caused the problem. She failed to tune my bike properly.

Bought a used bagger from this dealership and the experience was not the greatest. They would not talk about pricing just payments and even then I had to play 20 questions to get answers on the financing. For some reason they wanted to sell me the used bike instead of a new bike, I qualified for either one but sales guy downplayed any reason to get a new one. They also wanted to charge me $1500 bucks for a "prep" fee on the used bike (Which is why I asked why I wouldn't just buy a new bike with a crazy fee like that on a used bike), so the price on the website was deceiving and a flat out lie on the dealers part. They did not clean or detail the bike once the deal was finalized, I had to detail the bike myself at home and the rear wheel alone needed a serious scrubbing to get it cleaned up. I have yet to be able to get the rear wheel fully cleaned. I will never step foot in this dealership again.
