I made an appointment with the service department to look at my wife’s convertible Camaro because the top would not complete the cycle and latch. I had found a service bulletin on the exact issue. I dropped the car off on Tuesday at1 pm and they proceeded to park it and not even look at it until Friday morning..the service advisor called me Friday morning to say they were looking at it. And she told she should know something by that afternoon. So I called about 4 pm and all she could tell me was they’re working on it. They are open on Saturday till 2 pm. So I called at 1145 and left messages,with no response. So I called the main number and the young lady looked to see who was working and transferred me to his extension so I left him a message,still no response. So at 145 pm I called the main number and she sent me to the manager and I left him a message. So Monday morning I called at 9am left messages for 2 different advisors with no response. So I left the manager another message with still no response. I finally got ahold of an advisor by calling back not because they retuned a call. Again all she could tell me was they’re working on it. I have used Jerry’s service for 10 years or longer and have never had an issue until now. They have lost my entire family’s business including all my kids and even the in laws. They will never touch another vehicle of mine.

DO NOT have your vehicle repaired here unless you don't need your vehicle back anytime soon. My vehicle was put into their shop on the 11/2/18, Today is 11/28/18 and they have just started to work on my vehicle. I don't know anything about the dealership, but the collision Ctr is slow as molasses, very frustrating.

Unbelievable, for a Acura recall job, that the service representative denied a 'Complimentary' shuttle ride home because it was 15.1 miles away, Had it been 15 miles, they would have said yes! Representative mentioned, these rides are for customers who service vehicles regularly., I was told to have vehicle picked up as soon as work was done. They wouldn't hold the car over the weekend. Subsequently, I let the manager know, who suggested otherwise. Poor experience overall.

Of all the BMW dealers in the Metroplex, this is the only one that´s reasonably close to me. Everytime I go there, either to buy parts or supplies, or for service, they make me feel like they are doing me a favor, mostly after ignoring me for a while. My worst experience was yesterday, when I went to buy coolant for my Z4 (with the cold weather, the coolant light turned on). Me and another guy that was there to buy coolant also were waiting in front of the service counter for about five minutes, until he asked someone if they were open - the guy behind the counter was talking to another guy and I can only assume he was mad we interrupted his conversation, since he was rude to us. The service managers are also unreliable and never call back, and I´ve picked up my car after service without some basic things done such as resetting the service interval indicators. I also have a Lexus and the dealers are always exemplary. It upsets me that BMW, which should be a luxury brand and treat its clients as such, allows BMW of Dallas to have worse service than a Kia dealership. A friend told me that since Bankston bought John Roberts BMW and turned it into BMW of Dallas, they also have less than 40% of their mechanics BMW certified, though BMW demands its dealers have at least 60% of their mechanics certified by BMW. From now on, I will go to Moritz - I've heard much better things from them.
