When I went in and left I felt the service was good. However, they recommended a couple of things specifically 2 new tires, and stated they could not rotate them because two tires were too bald. I checked them and they were not but it wasn't worth the argument. The bigger issue was they said I needed new brake pads and rotors turned. Specifically, they said the pads were down to 2 Millimeters in the back and down to 5 in the front. I found this odd for the low mileage on the car so I took it to two different places (firestone and Breaks Plus) both of them came back and said the brakes were fine and they are at 6 mil in the front and 5 in the rear. I find this practice of lying to get more money dishonest. I would always recommend getting another opinion if they suggest work needs to be done. Update- 2/14/2024 The GM Frank White Reached out to me and we agreed that a mistake was made and Frank made the situation right. The actions they took to resolve the issue have restored my trust in them and I am updating this review from 1 star to 5 stars.

The customer service at this dealership is the worse I have EVER experienced in 30 years of buying and having cars serviced at dealerships. The A/C blower went out on my Endeavor. A simple issue, you would think. I brought the resistor that I thought was bad to the parts counter and asked if they could test it to see if it was bad considering I couldn't return a new one once purchased. They refused. They told me I could buy a new resistor and take my chances that it was the bad componant or I could bring the car in and they would test it and see what was wrong. When I spoke to the service manager he told me and I quote "We're not in business to help customers but to make money, bring in the car." When I asked if they were going to fix the known design flaw in the evaporator drain system. His reply was "You're out of warranty, that will cost you $1000 to fix." A known problem that is a design flaw that occurs with every 2004 - 2008 Endeavor and I have to pay for it? If anyone decides to do buiness with this dealership I have some ocean front property in Arizonia that I can let you have... cheap!

I was told that I needed my left rear control arm replaced and it would cost $930.00. I was told that it would be okay to drive to New York and back, before I needed to address it. The trip went well and on my return I decided to get a second opinion. A local dealer checked my car and told me there was nothing wrong with my control arm. He also added that I would not have been able to drive to New York in the first place if I had that issue. I had been charged $1500 a few months earlier on another issue, which I am questioning now. I really trusted these people, but I will never return to this location! I would suggest to anyone, get a second opinion!
