2015 was my 4th new vehicle purchase. I haven't dealt with the sales staff lately, but it's been my experience that they're knowledgeable, and they LISTEN to your needs.
As for the service department, I couldn't ask for a better service writer than Colby Moore. He can tell you what's critical, what's needed in the near future and what can wait until the funds become available.
Their have been some mishaps but they always make it right.
All 4 of my purchases have been serviced there, dating back to 2007. I have no complaints.
