We are very pleased with both the service and sales departments at Family Toyota of Arlington. After a frustrating experience at another Toyota dealership—where they passed blame to Arlington over a snapped wheel stud—Arlington’s service manager Chris stepped up without hesitation and resolved the issue.
While we waited, we ended up upgrading my husband’s car to a truck with the help of Patrick in sales. He made the process smooth and stress-free. The experience reminded us how far basic customer service can go. Not all dealerships are the same, and even though Arlington is a long drive for us, we truly trust that we’ll receive honest and reliable service every time we visit.
