As soon as my husband and I pulled up to this place we should've just pulled back out and left. First of all, what kind of low class establishment has NO parking availability...I mean NONE. We turned in only to see that their lot was a cluster-f@&^! We had to back out and park at the building next door and walk down a hill to the dealership. Once we walked inside we were greeted right away by a female employee, which we informed her that we were wanting to do a test drive on a 2010 Kia Soul they had available. She made a copy of my DL and I signed a form then we followed her out to the vehicle so she could put a dealer tag on it. She immediately walked away after doing so and just handed me the keys as she started walking away. I pushed the unlock button on the key fob and of course, it didn't work. So I used the actual key to unlock it but then had to literally suck in as much as I physically could just to squeeze into the car because, as I stated before, there was NO ROOM on the lot and the car parked next to this one was too close for the door to open any more than a good 2 feet. I think I should add here that I have previously worked at a larger car dealership for a few years so I am not uneducated as to how one should conduct their business. Once inside the vehicle my husband and I were instantly shocked at how a dealership could allow customers to see just how little they apparently care about their merchandise because the car was absolutely filthy. It clearly had not been detailed at all since there were disgusting buildup of years worth of dirt, grime and food/beverage spillage. This was not only evident on the interior seating but also pretty much every surface inside it. Even though this particular vehicle was obviously not even going to be considered by us as a potential purchase, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I loved the way the car drove. We made it down the road from East Six Forks Rd. to the Jersey Mike's at the corner of Peace St. and Capital Boulevard when the ridiculous experience with this place got even more so! As I was turning left to merge onto capital boulevard off of Peace St. the car sputters out and completely stops, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE INTERSECTION!!! Why would it do this you're probably wondering? Because this brilliant car dealership sent us off on a test drive without even checking the amount of gas in it and it ran completely out of gas!! Due to my expectations for such a business I didn't even think twice about it possibly being low on gas. So, thankfully a man and woman stopped and helped my husband push it while I steered it into the Jersey Mike's parking lot and out of the traffic that certainly gave no thought to the dangers of continuing to drive while we were trying to push a vehicle out of the way. We called the dealership and explained to them what had happened and they didn't even offer an apology as they made it painful as xxxx trying to tell them where exactly we were, since of course they "couldn't understand or hear what I was saying". After about five minutes of yelling into the phone until they got the address they said they were sending someone out. We stood in what felt like 1000 degree weather, sweating our butts off, while we waited for the person to show up. I was so angry I made the guy drive that vehicle back while we drove the truck he showed up in back there. I had my husband go inside and return the keys to the truck because I was fuming at how ridiculous and incompetent this business was ran. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone going here.

I am very picky person and I was caught off guard needing to buy a car. I took my time to get all dealers that sell Lexus cars. Listen!!! You don’t have to deal directly with main dealerships, there are small dealers that buy great luxury cars. They are very nice and not intimidating at Panciuos .... they took great care of me. I didn’t have to go anywhere else. Lexus dealer was rude and I refused to give them my business, So for all my Lexus Lovers go to Pancios you won’t regret it.

Customer service is pathetic. We have tried over 20+ calls and emails with no response. We are still missing license and title 60+ days since purchase. Temporary plate expired and after some research, the title still shows car owned by previous owner according to state records. Only good thing is i have proof of purchase so we will see what these guys do to rectify situation.

Picked the car online and when I arrived I was greeted by Chris Johnson and he was happy to let me take it for a drive even though they closed hours before. He stayed late and when he said the paperwork would only take about 10 minutes he was right on the money. Will definitely be back for my next car and sending people there way. I purchased a vehicle from Gateway Houston and my opinion I would stir clear of doing business with this organization. The car at first sight looked like a million dollar baby but upon purchasing it, it has now revealed the beauty and the beast. The sales description of the vehicle was hyped up to the hilt with statements highly inflated and totally inaccurate. A clear case of misrepresentation. I initially requested to test drive the vehicle but it was stated to me that I could not test drive it and if I did then I bought the vehicle. That is the point I should have walked away. They are asking top dollar with hyped up information about the vehicle and you are not allowed to test drive the vehicle? I find that odd. It was not until I requested again that I was allowed to drive the car but only in the parking lot which is NOT in my estimation a true test drive. Not knowing what to expect from the vehicle, the test drive did not reveal the issues with the vehicle that I would have discovered had I been able to take it under highway conditions. And it is only after I had purchased it that the problems with the vehicle surfaced. I attempted to get in touch with the companies that were involved in building the vehicle of which one had gone out of business. The other, I was able to track down a person that had worked with the first shop and had quit and gone to work for the second involved shop in Houston. I got as much information as possible to further evaluate the vehicle and they did correct and finish out some of the issues requiring additional funds. I picked up the vehicle from the second shop and went out for a test drive. The first thing noticeable was the noise of a throwout bearing going out. I was told it was the turbo. Then the second a worrisome issues was coming from the rear end. It was a whining sound indicated wear in the rear end assembly. I was told “I would have to live with it”. Not something I wanted to hear. In accordance with Gateway’s description of the vehicle: “With almost 30 pages of receipts detailing new nuts bolts fasteners seals weatherstrip gaskets jute carpet trim; well you can just about name it - this car now looks and feels fresh from the factory but its way better! If something wasn’t right or didn’t work it was fixed replaced or custom-fabricated.” NOT! I bought the vehicle in December 2022 and I have had 0 moments of pleasure with the vehicle. It has been a real problem in my life. It is presently in an auto shop of which after going on a test drive with the owner of the shop it will require removing the transmission and rear end to locate what is producing the NOT normal issues. Again more $$$$ being applied to the vehicle. Gateway has misrepresented the vehicle badly and proves to me that they do not have the ethics or honesty to back up what they misrepresented. I received the less than 30 pages of invoice from the original owner only after I purchased the vehicle which had I had the documents and a proper test drive before I could have made a more informed decision as to whether to purchase it or not. Again I cannot express my experience with Gateway enough, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GATEWAY! BUYER BEWARE! Signed: Pissed and Upset!

This is the type of dealership that will sell you a problem and not fully disclose it. (2009 GTI, 140k miles, ~$8,000) I was told the car had a carbon fiber dash and hood. In reality, the “carbon fiber” dash was just a stick-on overlay, and the hood was standard aluminum. I was also told the rear window issue was a simple wiring problem they wouldn’t fix—but that turned out to be inaccurate. Within two days of driving, the car developed a misfire on cylinder 1. It appears the codes may have been cleared prior to the test drive, which allowed the issue to go unnoticed. I was also told the car had a “tune,” but no details were provided. After looking into it, it appears to be a basic Stage 1 tune with a blow-off valve, along with heavily worn K&W coilovers. After purchase, I ran my own vehicle history report (which the dealership declined to provide) and found the car had been in a prior accident. Further inspection showed the rear door had been replaced with one from a different model year, which explains the window issue. There was also body filler used to cover a significant dent instead of properly repairing it. The repaint quality is poor, with visible drips and missed areas. Even the stock rims appear to have been repainted to match. Overall, this was a very misleading buying experience. I strongly recommend doing your own inspection and pulling a vehicle history report before purchasing anything from here.

I wanted a BMW and was introduced to Kevan Chughtai at Autobaun in Ft Worth. He was fantastic and made a dreadful sutuation a quick, pleasant and do-able exercise. In just a couple of days the right car was found, a trade was agreed upon and the financing was in place, and I was driving my new car! Kevan went above and beyond expectations, was prepared, knowledgeable and availabe for all my concerns and questions. Purchased a car from this dealership and they are the biggest liars and crooks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Over charged us for the car and the said it was because all the upgrades. Turns out the horn didn’t work, the check engine light came on the next day for the car running to rich. Paid $300 to have someone look at it, it’s gonna be $1,800 to fix. They cleared the check engine light. (Which is illegal). None of the lights are the same and have been rewired poorly and do not work. Haven’t even had the car 6 months tried to sell back to them and they’re saying it’s only worth $9000 and we paid $16,500. I contacted the BBB and the DmV for Lemmon law. The owner is a crook, they lied and said we had coverage that I paid for but the never put it through. They are the worst dealership I have ever done business with in my life.
