From first contact to the end, Jasmyn and Dustin were customer service oriented. I arrived at @1245 and by 1400 (2PM) I was walking out of the building with a new set of keys. I cannot sing their praises enough. I made it home and discovered a few opportunities to excel called Jasmyn and she squared me right away. The best experience in a long time.

I've purchased two cars from Fairway in the last year - one for my teenager and one for myself. I was very satisfied with the sales process and the quality of their cars and trucks. Since purchasing, I've had all of my service work done at Fairway as well. I have been completely satisfied and recommend them to all of my friends.

I told him I would be there the next day. Driving 3 1/2 hours to see this car. I get there and the doors were locked. I called and he said I could come back tomorrow. I had just drove over 3 hours. I told him I would not be returning and I had cash in hand. He didn't care.

Dealership closed before their listed hours - no sales officers or office staff there, just kids washing cars and putting them back on the lot. Office staff never answers the phone, and took a full two weeks to call back when we left a message. The advertised vehicle was there, but had minor but extensive body damage not mentioned on the ad, and pieces falling off inside the passenger compartment. Complete waste of our time.

I couldn't believe the extremely impersonal experience I received from Mr. Barrera. He made it quite clear he was only interested in making money. I did buy a car, but immediately regretted my decision. I was only given one key, the reason being that he would lose money if he were to give me two. He also promised to fix several issues with the car before I purchased it. He did not. I returned the car 3 times to get the problems fixed that he had promised. He ultimately told me that I should get the problem fixed myself. He was rude and treated me like I was an irritation as soon as I signed the paper work for the car. I can't believe he has a job.

Sold a Car with Brake Problems - Scott A.

My son bought a car from Irving. Found out two days later, after taking the car to my mechanic, that the rear brake system and parking brake were not working at all...completely unsafe. But to get license plates for the car, the dealer had to take the car to get a state safety inspection and one of the items checked in the inspection is the parking brake. So the dealer sold my son an unsafe car due to a improper safety inspection done by a third party (not the dealer). I worked through Rocky (our salesman) and Eli (the finance manager) to reach a fair settlement for the brake repair to make the car safe, which I am very happy about. I give them credit for doing the right thing, even when they could have refused because the car was sold "as is".

Great experience purchasing a vehicle from Land Rover Clear Lake. The whole process was very quick, easy and pressure free. Bryson and Rose were both great. Very easy to deal with. There was no excessive back and forth and very minimal waiting. Lastly, finance was quick and easy as well. Jared was awesome. It was probably the fastest sales process I have experienced.

This is a small group of friends that buy and sell quality cars as a hobby. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. I simply took the car for a drive, made an offer, John gave a counter offer and it was done. The facility was tricky to find because they do not have a traditional car lot. Overall the experience was pleasant and I would definitely buy from them again.

Picked out a vehicle on Saturday afternoon and told the sales person we were very interested in the vehicle. Called back the next morning and informed a sales person we wanted the vehicle and would be picking it up on Tuesday (the 2nd) and could we bring in a deposit in on Monday the first to hold the vehicle. We were told it was not needed. Called on the 2nd and was told the vehicle had been sold. Very upsetting in that we had already passed on another vehicle we were interested in at a different dealership.
