In 2007 I went to Charlie's because the cars looked nice and they had alot of them in the lot. I had priviously gone to three different dealers in Huntsville and ten able to find on a used car I "qualified" for was $630 which is rediculous for a used car AND I was looking for something fuel efficient and just was not being offered them. The bank had approved me for a 95% book value loan. When I went to Charlie a VERY nice salesman came out and showed me 10 different cars that fit into my budget. 3 of which would not even need down payments. Some of them even got over 25mpg. I ended up buying a Pontiac G6 and NEVER had ant problems out of it or had to have any repairs done other than regular maintenance in the entire 5 years I owned the car. These guys rock.

When I arrived that car had already been sold, and I had even confirmed the appointment before I left my house! When I asked if he had any similar cars available, he didn't even know, and it's not a large dealership. If I could give zero stars I would.

typical used car dealers; i went to purchase a car (with a small, hungry, tired child in tow) and was given the usual 2 hour run-around where the salesperson goes back and forth. In the end, the final "offer" was supposed to include a 100,000 mile warranty. When it came time to sign papers, I was told that Gap insurance was mandatory (when you are upside down on your trade). By then I was just ready to sign the papers and I did so - 3 hours from the time I walked in. Later I noticed they had charged me 1500 for the warranty and I also found out that the 500 Gap insurance was completely unnecessary. When I inquired the next day as to why I was charged for the warranty I was told "you said that a 450 a month payment was ok with you, and since the car was actually under that we added this". Can you believe that??? Typical. This required another trip back to sign MORE papers with the warranty and Gap insurance removed. i feel the dealership was trying to take advantage of my situation (small child, husband away on business) by dragging out the process, wearing me down and then throwing in things they hoped would just slide by.

Absolutely the greatest people to work with. Most friendly, no pressure, and you can take all the time you need. Knew exactly how to take care of all the paperwork in a flash on one of their classic car finds that I purchased as a project. I certainly would purchase again from them in the future and highly recommend them.

I am so upset with this dealership. I am 67 years old and looked on the web for a dealership that would finance me. because of my age and just social security in because of how they introduced their website. They make you think they will finance anyone just come on in. I picked out a inexpensive car on their list of cars. I am retired but I get social security and I have a stable residence and also I have a paid off trade in. When they found out my age all of a sudden the car I picked was cash only and David the salesman there said he would call me back in a couple of days if he found any cars I believe he brushed me off politely. I am so disappointed I guess seniors cannot expect to get any credit after they retire. .

They suggested very reasonable price both of my original car and new one. I am contented with trade-in. I dealt with Karl Stomberg. He was pleasant, responsive to requests and made this a great experience. This was a long-distance transaction with nearly 500 miles between the dealership and my home. He had the car shipped to me in an enclosed trailer and it arrived at my home the next morning in pristine condition, as represented. They then tried to shake me down for 70% more of what they pay off amount was and told me that if I didn't pay within 10 days, they'd Auction my car... despite previously agreeing to allow me tp pay it off when I got back in town, in 6 days. They denied the individual who came in to make a good faith payment access to the account and literally towed my car the same day, despite HAVING FULL KNOWLEDGE that I was a truck driver and would not be able to come in person to make the final payoff payment, until 6 days later, when I was back home, off the road! Don Jacobson (Hillcroft Auto Sales) are extremely dishonest in their business practices. Paul Talisman is a predator and will change any contractual or verbal agreements to suit his emotional and monetary needs. Full disclosure about the vehicles being sold is lacking as well, CarFax isn't a service they are apparently familiar with. These people operate in a realm where ethics, disclosure, and confidentiality do not exist. Paul's erratic behavior and short temper would also suggest some deep seated emotional issues or trauma. This has proved to cloud his business judgment and ethical decision making abilities. My recommendation is to shop around and find a dealer not related too or affiliated with, Hillcroft Auto Sales. Any good reviews on this company are obviously the result of a loaded deck.

Went in and find a vehicle. I did my application. They told me the vehicle was not ready and that they would call me . They never did . I followed up a week later . They said again vehicle was not ready . It's been 3 weeks still haven't heard anything. They ran my credit cause it on my credit report and this type of professionalism is unacceptable and will not do business with them . Will NOT recommend to anyone!!

My experience at Rodeo Auto started off positive, but after thoroughly reviewing my contract, I realized the pricing and terms were significantly misleading. The sales team, including Cesar, was friendly and helpful, but the way the financing was structured ended up costing me nearly three times what the car was actually worth.One major issue was how they presented the lease agreement. I was told I could return the car at any time without it impacting my credit, but what they didn’t clearly explain was that this wasn’t a traditional car purchase—it was more like renting a car long-term. Unlike financing a car where payments go toward ownership, my payments at Rodeo Auto mainly covered usage, not equity. At the end of the lease, I would still owe a large residual balance to actually own the car. If you’re considering Rodeo Auto, I strongly recommend reading the fine print, asking detailed questions about the total cost, and clarifying what "returning the car" really means. The way they explain their deals can be very misleading, and I regret not catching these issues before signing.
