I have bought multiple vehicles from this dealership and have had a positive experience every time. They take the time to explain the process and the cost in detail so there is no surprises. Willing to answer all questions at that time or later on the phone if I think of another one. Very respectful and have my vehicle done when promised when I take in for any routine service.

Call Salt Lake City Porsche for some parts for the first time out of state. Porsche Parts advisor Douglas Galicia helped me get exactly what I needed. I was given the best customer service I’ve received from a Porsche dealer a very long while. Doug is very knowledgeable and was overall excellent to work with. He went a love and beyond to help me and we chatted about Porsche cars for bit. I can only recommend Doug at Salt Lake City Porsche as he sets the best example of what makes Porsche excellent here in the states. Thanks Doug and I’ll be back!!

I am impressed with the service department at this dealership! The people are so friendly and helpful and they don't treat people like just some other person (take a number). They work to resolve the issue as quickly as they can and you also get a free complimentary overall vehicle check. I had an appointment to get to and I was provided with a very nice car while mine was being serviced. You could not ask for better service than this!!!
