This was a recall and oil change. The service was on time, the waiting area is clean and welcoming. This is my second Acadia, love the vehicle. Always enjoy my visit to the dealership, just wish it was closer.

Dropped off my Sierra 2500 for inspection, oil change, and to have the summer tires put on. I was notified by Monica from the service department that the current condition of the brakes would not allow the truck to pass inspection. I was not surprised as the truck is 5 years old and has just over 80K on it and these were the original brakes all the way around. I had dropped my truck off that morning planning on a few hours in the shop and then was going to pick it up after my short day of work that day. With the brake work it was going to add another several hours to the work. I asked Monica about a loaner vehicle since I live 45 minutes away. The dealership gave me a loaner vehicle at no charge and without any issue. The next day I picked my truck up and it was noticed to be making a grinding noise from one of the brakes. I took the truck back to the dealership. It was a Saturday and they only had about an hour left of business that day when I arrived. They had a tech come right out and look at the truck. They again offered me the same loaner truck,which by the way was an almost brand new Silverado crew cab. Really nice when you buy a full size truck to be given the same as a loaner and not some tiny little car. I was understanding with the dealership as I know sometimes it may even be a parts issue not so much human error, and they were great to work with the entire time. The service manager (Todd) even called me and asked if I wanted him to drive the truck home that afternoon and meet me half way to my house so I didn't have to take the loaner all the way back (45 minutes each way). Great customer service from everyone I dealt with!!!

Completely worthless dealership , dishonest . Service department and management suck! Warranty means nothing, they don’t stand behind anything they sell . Couldn’t fix a flat tire on wheelbarrow without a dumby light.what type of manager texts you at 3 am ?

Price of my repair was $2000 over other dealerships in total price. Understanding that there will always be some difference (a few hundred or so); this difference is unacceptable! Upon confronting the service writer and showing him an invoice from another dealer, I was met with argumentative, rude and condescending attitude. I’ve purchased (2) new trucks from them and many Maintenance visits and have always felt overcharged and like “My business” doesn’t matter. They are great if you don’t mind doing expensive repairs with no resistance on your part. They will be great to you as long as you pay their Top Dollar prices. I’ve known others that they have failed inspections for invalid reasons costing them a lot of money unnecessarily! They will no longer get any business from me!

Scheduled an appointment a week ahead for certified service. After waiting an 1-1/2 hours they informed me that they did not have the parts and would have to reschedule. When the parts arrived I asked if they would mount and balance my tires at no cost. Mike told me to bring them and ask management. I spoke with Heath about waving the fee and he said no. So I explained this is my second trip and I have a 1 hour commute each way, then he said he would split it with me because he has to pay his tech. I told Heath to forget it and I would rather leave negative feed back for my unpaid 7 hours of inconvenience. Thanks Heath for unacceptable hospitality.

I brought my truck in for service and everybody was great. They quoted me a price , did the work and they never came back and said I need this or I need that . Got my truck back and it didn't have any greasy hand marks anywhere., big plus.
