Reticently, I went into the service Department to have my brakes as well as an overall inspection checked before a long trip. Left my care in trusting hands, as I got a ride ( from Honda ) to the local sport ,fitness center. Yes trusting hands, because I got a call an hour later saying, everything was all set. Thinking I would end up have a large replacement bill ( for the brakes plus whatever they need to do). When I arrived at the Service Center , they told me the brakes were in good shape, tires, and the only thing needed was the State inspection. In this day and era, it is so refreshing to know that you can leave your car and trust the service department to give you an honest evaluation and only charge you for what is needed, nothing more. This is the 3rd bad experience I've had at automaster. The car I just bought has been having troubles with the battery dying so I went to another retailer to replace it. When I pulled the battery I noticed that it said it had a warranty so I decided to call automaster and see if they would replace it. I explained to the person who picked up the phone that I bought the car 3 weeks ago from another dealership 3 hours away as they had what I wanted in stock and that the battery had a date sticker from 8/19, so well within the warranty range. I asked if I could bring the car in and have them test the battery and replace if necessary and she said yes and knew I was about 20 minutes out. Once I got there the rep inside told me that it would not be covered under warranty as I was not the original owner of the car. Already annoyed I asked if it could be tested like the girl said and they informed me that actually nobody could look at it, so I basically took a 40 minute round trip for nothing. They then had the nerve to ask if I wanted to buy a battery from them....do yourself a favor, travel to another dealership if you want a Honda. These guys treat you like a number...

We had a beyond fantastic experience with Gerrish Honda. We were in New Hampshire traveling from Kentucky and the engine light in our Odyssey came on. We took it to Gerrish, and they treated us like family. They were very understanding of our situation and worked us right in, diagnosed the problem (a big one), overnighted the part, and fixed us right up. We had a safe and worry-free 1000-mile trip home, thanks to them. Makes me want to drive to New Hampshire to buy my next Honda! THANK YOU MARY AND VICTOR!!!
