From the minute I met Solomon I was impressed with his friendly helpful attitude. He was very patient and helpful throughout the process of resolving an issue we had with our CR-V. He contacted the factory rep and worked out a deal that we feel was very fair and favorable. He immediately ordered the part and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. Mark Smith did a wonderful job, as he ALways does. Solomon has such a pleasant demeanor and did everything he promised...and more, and all with a smile. He really did a great job for us...and is a great person to hold the position he has. He really cares about the customer! All in all we are very impressed with the service we received.

I had a hydraulic cylinder fail in the retractable hardtop on my 2003 Mercedes 500 SLR. It was a total mess, with fluid spayed and leaking everywhere. I was greeted as warmly as possible by John McHugh given the precautionary measures in place due to Covid-19. I was given Several options for repair. I was kept up to date on progress and given further options at one point. The car came back in pristine condition.

When we bought our Honda a couple of years ago, we were sold a warranty. Not once has this warranty been honored by this dealership. When we try to find out why, they do not respond either to telephone calls or to letters asking.
What a wasted couple of thousand dollars, and what bad business practice. I shall be going elsewhere the next time.
