Communications were consistent but not pushy. - Dbaeio

Communications were consistent but not pushy. Test drive experience was good. Buying experience seamless. Minor issue with car fixed promptly. Great experience.

Great to work with. - Bob

Great to work with. Didn’t buy, but certainly would call them back if I found something else on their lot.

Each time I have gone in to look at new cars, I have been - VTbuyer

Each time I have gone in to look at new cars, I have been given the threat about tariffs making the cost go up soon, so I should buy now. They also used the tariff excuse as to why they couldn't negotiate the price with me. I did not appreciate it. Finally, when they emailed me about the car (threatening the tariffs again), they wrote my name wrong. I just didn't feel like I was respected. Also, the sales person did not know much about the different lines of vehicles. He had to look it up on the website, and I seemed to know more than him.

Paya’s had the car we were looking for in excellent condition. Peter was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable about the best way to purchase considering taxes. It is the first car I have bought there so I am hoping for a long life out of the purchase for my daughter.
