I purchased my car there in 2021. The service department has been wonderful completing recalls and normal maintenance. The service managers there are always pleasant and helpful. My last visit was for a recall. David got me in and out quickly. A great experience.

My sincerest thanks and appreciation to Logan and the service department for accommodating an emergency repair. My family and I were on our way back to NJ and towing our camper when the vacuum assist for the brakes failed on our Sierra. By the grace of God we safely made it to their dealership and Logan got the truck diagnosed and repaired within a few hours while my family and I waited in our camper at the back of their lot. Thank you again for all your help and assistance!

I am so pleased with TriState, and especially Todd, for how well he advocated for me with my vehicle’s repairs. Not only did he submit all claims to Nissan according to the rebate, but my engine’s failing caused additional damage that Nissan didn’t want to replace. However, Todd advocated for me and that was replaced as well. Todd was always pleasant and efficient, and they even washed my car up so nicely. This is probably standard procedure, but the way they cared for me really meant a lot to me, and showed me how well TriState cares for their customers. I’m so glad I went with TriState 3 years ago!

I am especially pleased with Farrish Subaru. I am an 80 year old single female with no children. I need all the help I can get when it comes to servicing my car. Farrish Subaru provides that special kind of family like help for me, They listen to my concerns, do a complete diagnostic testing of my car, and have the technicians examine and then advise me of repairs. I am presently driving a 2017 Forester. Farrish Subaru keeps my car in great shape. I never have to worry about what I should do next.
