I had a cooling system problem and Mike and his crew found the problem, showed it to me. He gave me a fair estimate explaining every detail. Within two hours we were back on the road. All without an appointment. This situation would have been easy for someone to take advantage of us. Thankfully Mike and his crew are honest. We are very thankful and would highly. recommend them

Over 5 months in the Bedford service department with a bad transmission, then valve body then a programming issue . How ridiculous can service get . Tired of playing the blame game . At this point I would never buy another GMC or anything type of vehicle from Berglund . I own two now , never again . I will go elsewhere for my new vehicle in the future.

Very poor communication regarding charges . Tried to charge $2000 to change EGR valve . I told them to stop after they had already removed intake without my consent . They charged nearly $700 in labor and did nothing ! I did the work myself in my garage , took me 3 hrs! Stay away from this service department !

Sold car back to Ford here because we didn’t have a choice. Ford has a recall in their transmission and will “fix for free” but wants to “charge” you $2900.00 to fix it because the “faulty” transmission is tied into a faulty clutch system. So car is not fixed cuz can’t afford to pay them so we practically gave them the car and guess what? The check that was to come in a couple of days never came. 2 days of coming to Ford to find out where check is and no one can give us an answer. Always some lame excuse of why they can’t find the check. Last one is they don’t know who has the paperwork even though check has been processed! I will never buy another ford again. I’ve had too many with transmission problems. Not to mention, I believe this place kept “finding” something else wrong for us to pay to fix when it was always the transmission/clutch recall Ford doesn’t want to fix. This particular dealership doesn’t know what the xxxx is going on. The xxxx manager can drive to their local accountant office and get the check. Been waiting here for over an hour and now it’s they lost the paperwork. Well then, write another xxxx check! Canada is suing Ford for these faulty transmission/clutch failures! United States should too. The manager that is here today doesn’t even have the courtesy or respect to come and talk to us. I will find out who he is and make another review. Listen up folks, don’t buy from Ford! They rip you off and don’t stand behind their product. Is it companies like them that take every hard earn penny from the low income people and line their pockets while we struggle to find the money to find another used car. They have the car, the title and the check. Meanwhile, we wait and wait for answers and that check!

Had a complete misunderstanding with Range Rover Roadside Assistance and Berglund Luxury of Roanoke. It was everyone's understanding that Roadside Assistance was taking care to reunite the vehicle with the owner. Well the dealership after jumping through hoops made this happen. Just was to THANK TOM SLOAN and BRENNAN VILE for ,making this happen. The reason this customer prefers this dealership is the SERVICE. Anyone anywhere can sale you a vehicle and its the greatest day ever. But returning customers come back due to Service. Also, Tom Sloan THANK YOU for your SERVICE to this country, I truly hope that Range Rover Roadside Assistance reimburses for the reunite cause its the right thing to do. In the future anyone getting Roadside Assistance before anything make sure the dealership and Roadside Assistance is on the same page is all cause the cost should not be on the dealership!!

The worst. Took my 2020 explorer to have a axle leak fixed and and the top mechanic tell me its not leaking when there was axle oil drenched on the felt bottom cover and dripping from actuator on front axle .I had to drive back to the dealer to show and argue with him where is was leaking.He finally agreed to fix it. After 2 days my vehicle was still outside nothing done .Girl at the service desk was rude and said this place is a xxxx hole. She was waiting on warranty to call back. So i called the my warranty company they said nobody called about anything on my vehicle. I just took my explorer and left.
