Porsche Tacoma Went Way Above Our Expectations - Jill & Jon
We wanted to ship our 911 Turbo to the Seattle/Tacoma area from Ohio, so we could do a driving trip down the west coast. I called Stanton to see if they would accept it and he said yes, and even recommended a transportation broker. The car was picked up on a Monday evening and by Thursday morning it had arrived at Porsche Tacoma. We made arrangements with Bradley in the service department to have the car serviced upon arrival. Bradley called twice to let us know the status of the service. When we arrived to pick up the car, we were greeted by Bradley, the car was ready and had just been washed. He spent time with us going over everything that had been done in a very professional manner. After having our car serviced by two different Porsche dealers in Ohio, we found Porsche Tacoma to be very competitive on workmanship and price! Stanton and Bradley went way above our expectations!
Service Department Appointments - Mike
Bought a 2015 Q5 in late 2014. At the time getting an appointment for service was easy. Service technicians were and still are great. But calling for appoint now is difficult. No one answers the service department line, message says leave a message for call back. No one ever calls back. Last year called three times, finally called the dealership manager to connect me with service. Last week left two messages, now a week later still no return call. I give up. Will go elsewhere for vehicle service. Love the car but if I buy another Audi will go to a different dealership even if further away.

We purchased a brand new Audi three years ago from Audi Spokane. Included with the purchase was an Audi extended warranty and gap insurance. We decided to trade our Audi in for a Volkswagen as we wanted to have access to a service department in our town rather than driving 4 hours to get it serviced. It has been two months and numerous unanswered emails and unreturned calls trying to get a refund for the extended warranty and gap insurance. I emailed all the necessary documentation as well. In light of COVID I have been patient. However, two months of no response is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Worst service EVER! My insurance company finally authorized me to take my car to Kuni to be fixed where they found $4k worth of damage Hannah Kia service department either missed completely or screwed up. This was authorized because Dick Hannah employees completely stopped returning my phone calls.
Car is AWD, they put a wrong sized tire on it. Tried to get me to buy new front brakes, car doesn't need them. Installed the wrong headlight and forgot to replace the computer part. But the worst part was that they completely missed the broken wheel bearing they let me drive off with; Hannah told me it was "a broken pin" in my front brake. This has been going on since mid of April 2018, and not once have they apologized to me for messing up. After Kuni fixed my car, I was forced to take it back to Hannah to have the front bumper re-installed because the Kuni technician was unable to hang it correctly due to damage caused by Hannah from hanging the bumper so poorly. Hannah "Jimmy rigged" the bumper, so it continues to not be aligned, and, had the audacity to return my clean car to me dirty (inside and out).
Worst customer service experience ever! This was an insurance claim due to the car being stolen and damaged. Avoid Tim in the collision center and Devon at the Kia Service Department as it was just lie after lie in combination with COMPLETE negligence, especially avoid if you're a female! Honestly, I felt as though no one at Hannah took my concerns seriously, and because I refused to give up, I felt like the "nagging wife" calling repeatedly to beg (nag) them to JUST DO THEIR JOB! It was RIDICULOUS!

Then they charged my CC to put gas in the rental that they brought to me yesterday!
Imagine that--then I got a SORRY from them again!
