I wish there was a negative star! This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The service department and assistant manager, Mike, were utterly incompetent and unprofessional. They charged me nearly $900 for an oil change that was supposed to address the engine light issue—but it wasn’t fixed at all. Not only did they fail to deliver on the services promised, but the entire experience was a total waste of time and money. I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before ever considering this place. Complete disappointment and a nightmare of a customer experience.

My Mazda CX-5 started having issues that I had been in for the previous week. I was panicking because I was due to go out of town for my niece’s wedding the next day. They had me bring my car in, but the service department was totally booked, and there was no way they could diagnose and fix it in time. Eric got me set up with a loaner, and I won’t miss my niece’s wedding. Mazda of Everett went above and beyond to make it right. They are a small dealership, but they are mighty!!!!! Arrived today for 0815 appt scheduled in person back in - haanjan

Arrived today for 0815 appt scheduled in person back in November 2024. Also visited parts department with service advisor at that time to ensure the necessary parts would be available. I needed drive belt replaced as recommended in owners manual. I also asked to change out water pump at this time per my research I did for belt replacement. today they had nada!! The desk person was friendly but clueless. Lee the runaround begin! I called it and walked out. I’m glad I did. I just finished reading reviews and am not surprised by all the dissatisfied customers.

I brought my Ridgeline in for Transmission and cooling - tberrys

I brought my Ridgeline in for Transmission and cooling system service. I also asked that the Maps in the GPS be updated. I got a phone call shortly after drop off saying it would cost more because I had the 9 speed transmission. OK. When the service was done I got no record of the work that was completed because their computers were down. I was told that it would be emailed to me. IT WAS NOT. The map update was not done, but if I came back on Tuesday it could be done while I wait. I came in today(Tuesday) at 8 AM. I was told it would take a half hour. After I waited for an hour It wasn't even started. I took my key and left. I have purchased 2 cars from this dealership and have been pleased up until now. Loyalty is a 2 way street and you guys are failing.

We've always been treated well at Stewart Subaru. Here's an example of good service - Katie H had to make a new receipt after some adjustments were made. I usually get a coupon for a car wash - well there wasn't one, no big deal. A few days later a coupon for the free car wash came in the mail. Awesome!
